Natasha who works on the No.7 counter is incredible. She's kind,professional and knowledgeable. She helped me make a beauty hamper for my mum of No.7 products and work the 3 for 2 and vouchers she saved me so much money.
Ordered perfume on line in store was told it would be in next day 2 weeks later still waiting store staff very apologetic but online staff don't give a damn. My advice don't order online from boots.
Not this stores fault . I ordered for next day delivery to the store and its not there so phoned head office and they said its delay on the delivery can take up to 5 days . I ordered over 100 pounds worth of items for a birthday. Very disappointed

Went here to get some new boots but the blooming place did not sell any...... Seriously good selection of beauty products and aftershaves though. Staff were friendly too
Good variety of things in this boots! Had everything I was looking for today. Great range of skin care, hair products, other essentials, as well as a whole aisle for sun lotions which was great and lots of choice of items for children/babies too! Also has a photo printer where you can print from almost any device for reasonable prices! Staff I encountered here were lovely too!
