   Chargeable car park next to lagoon and pebble beach where you can idle away the hours relaxing in a sheltered spot listening to the waves crashing on the shore or watch the planes flying in and out of Shoreham Airport. There is also a long concrete path running parallel to and separating the lagoon from the beach which is ideal for cyclists and walkers.

   The car park at least the old part is in dire need of repairs, the pricing is good but if you pay online by phone there are hidden fees that don't reflect the original price. The views on a nice winter evening are amazing

   A beautiful location which has seen better days, the car park area has some vicious speed humps along with the toilets both need a upgrade and a fresh paint job. A small concession hut selling sweets, ice cream and soft drinks by the toilet block. Various beach huts along the tarmac path which is wheelchair friendly, with the stoney beach to one side and the lagoon to the other side. Large houses are on one side overlooking the lagoon with wild birds nesting on the lakes edge.

   Loads of car park spaces for cars & vans . Little cafe very reasonable prices. Toilets. Lots of room on beach to socially distance Great place. 15mins walk to Lancin 10mins walk into shoreham town.
