Cannot recommend Phoenix highly enough! Both myself and my daughter, get our hair and nails done here. I wouldn't trust anyone else!
Just had my first hair appointment here with Verity. She put me at ease and I was thoroughly impressed with the results. The colour, application and tone was better than I ever anticipated it ever could be on my hair. Absolute professional place and lovely staff. Really happy! A genuine business with top quality products. So happy as I have not stepped foot in a hair salon for nearly two decades, it really has given me confidence and I will return here in future.
Had my hair done at Phoenix Hair and Beauty today. Fiona did my hair I am thrilled with it, she was so friendly and put me at my ease straight away. I have tried so many hairdressers in the pass but can honestly said I have found one i will continue to use Staff make you feel welcome and treat you with respect.
I came for a balayage and cut. I've not been to the hairdressers in years and decided to treat myself. Fiona made me feel very welcome and comfortable. She did an amazing job with my hair and ill be making sure I return. Now my go to hairdresser. Thanks for the before and after photos too! ❤️
It was my first visit to this salon today, but it definitely won’t be my last. What a lovely and welcoming group of ladies they are, so friendly. I’ve been looking for a new salon for some time, so I was nervous about my visit, but I needn’t have worried, Verity cut and styled my hair just as I’d asked and she clearly understood how to deal with my fine, straight hair. I am very happy with the result, but more importantly I enjoyed my visit, everyone spoke to me, it just felt really nice, like a social occasion, lovely. Thank you everyone I shall be back and I shall look forward to my next visit.
I was able to book in the same day for a brow shape. The salon was clean and welcoming, service was efficient and to a great standard. Very reasonable prices too. Thanks
Fiona is an absolute star she’s the first hairdresser where I feel comfortable and trust her to do anything she wants to do with my hair because every time I come out feeling the best , she’s the sweetest person couldn’t recommend anyone better ❤️
I had my first visit to them last week and was nervous as I've had poor experiences in salons b4 so I was pleasantly surprised as to how friendly they were and how busy they were yet they were still able to spend time to talk to me and give advice too ! .
Had foils done a few weeks ago..then I had my nails done...also my bridal hair bridal make up and I treated my mum and sister to their hair done for my wedding..was over the moon with results..staff are brilliant..I highley recommend this salon
All Heidi Meg and Caz are all brilliant. Going in you feel so welcomed and it's such a nice place to be let alone the fact they're all talented. Always leave loving my nails and I've finally trusted a hairdresser enough to colour my hair and I love it. Best place to go!
