My daughter had her nails done 3 times, the second time it turned out how she didnt expected. I left a review, they called me and asked if my daughter wants to come back to get any nails she wants for free. She got her nails done and came home smiling because she was so happy about them. This is my second time here, I wanted a manicure with a gel polish. I asked clearly how much it will be before she started. (£20) The lady just removed my previous polish and applied the new colour. She did not take care of my nails, she did not shape my nails properly and I had to ask for her to cut my hang nails. I asked for her to clean my nails from the dust and she said she will charge me £5 extra to do that. She also told me she is being generous by giving me cuticle oil and normally she would charge for that. I like the colour but my nails do not look professionally done. I am not satisfied at all.

I have never been to have my nails done at a nail salon before but it was a great experience. I am getting married soon and want to have them done for that so this was a trial run but I will definitely go back to this salon to have them done for my special day.
