   I have never experienced such unprofessional service from a hair salon. The staff were completely uninterested in their customers or their needs, and the focus felt far more on taking money than providing a proper service. For the price they charge, the quality is a total let-down. I have repeatedly tried to book appointments, only to be turned down again and again. When finally arranged to have my hair dyed, I turned up to the appointment and was only given a cut, no colour at all, despite it being agreed beforehand. The attitude toward clients is honestly unacceptable. The experience was frustrating being ignored, and so disappointing. Staff were talking between themselves negatively about their other customers in the salon, very clicky atmosphere between staff and very uncomfortable to witness. I won’t be returning, and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable or respectful service.

   Absolutely love having my hair done at Amie Nicole. Amie, Em and Lav are always happy, friendly and consistently build you up, throughout your appointment. Amie always listens to what you want and will be honest and let you know what is and isn't possible and what the expected result will be. I have never felt as comfortable with a stylist as I do with Amie and I can't ever imagine having anyone else style my hair. I genuinely look forward to my appointments each and every time.

   I had a great experience here today, my hairdresser was brilliant and lovely. Nearly fell asleep I was so relaxed. The cut and style was exactly what I wanted. They also got me in on the same day before the school run which I really appreciated them taking into consideration my busy lifestyle!!

   Always listens to her customers. She is so keen to keep her customers happy. Very good at what she does and doesn’t mind at all if a customer has to let her know if somethings not quite right. She’d rather know. I would recommend her to anyone looking to find a hard working and conscientious hairdresser. Keep on doing what your doing Aimee!
