   Have had long hair for years and rang to check if they cut men’s, was told yes so made appointment. I can honestly say it was the worse cut I have had in over 60 years it was cut into a bob. I went straight back after checking it at home one of the more experienced women tried to put it right but the damage had already been done by the young girl. Needless to say I was gutted by the whole experience. Two days later I have had to shave it all off, it was my only option.My advice to anyone thinking of using these people is don’t. Appalling experience.

   AMAZING - Monisha is the absolute best, her balayage technique is insane. My hair is the healthiest it’s been in a very long time. She really understands your visions and works with you to create what you want. Have been coming to Lil Missy Telford for Monisha for years and not only is she fabulous at what she does she really does make you feel at ease and is so down to earth. Couldn’t praise her enough.    Extremely bad experience when Monisha cut my hair! She completely messed up the colour right before Xmas and it took her 4 hrs to rectify. I gave benefit of doubt but then she ruined my hair style second time by cutting hair off the back which I did not ask for. Had a second opinion from a professional hair dresser who confirmed my hair was cut really badly. Monisha took no responsibility at all for her complete lack of skill or professionalism. Her colleague even got involved when I went back to raise my concerns and they both made me feel completely intimidated. Worse experience I have ever had at a hair dresser especially when you want the experience to be enjoyable. Stay well clear of this place especially Monisha unless you want to ruin your hair. Simply evoid this place!

   I popped in after work for a sweep fringes and a my end trimmed my hairs is not very long only 3/4 only up to my shoulders blades .I wasn't happ y at all with the service and cost me £20 for a less then 6 min job extortion price .They offer you FREE drinks which they say are "FREE "But not really!! they charged me for the hot chocolate in price .most expensive fringe & end cuts I ever spent please be careful nothing is FREE !

   Had a beautiful cut a few weeks ago, had long layers and a side/curtain fringe cut in. The cut was much better than my usual hairdressers and £15 cheaper. I came back in yesterday to get my fringe trimmed and they didn't charge me anything. Apparently, it's a free service they offer their clients. I was so impressed, as the upkeep of the fringe was something I had been concerned about. Now I have a beautiful haircut, which suits me so well and won't cost an arm and a leg to maintain.
