   I would highly recommend The Mortgage Bureau! Tom was excellent at every stage and helped me find a mortgage that fit my particular requirements. He also gave brilliant advice when it came to making an offer on a house which lead to my bid being accepted. Penny is absolutely lovely and was very responsive with any queries I had about documentation. As a single, first time buyer I was a bit overwhelmed by the whole process but with The MB's help it was painless and went very smoothly. Thank you!!!

   We would like to say a massive thank you to the mortgage bureau team based in Norwich (Gino & Penny) for helping us to guide through the papers for our mortgage. Their communication have been spot on also very quick on the replies whenever we needed a clarification. They have been very helpful and they made sure that we understood the process which made it much easier for us. We couldn’t ask for a better team who took their time through our process for our first mortgage and certainly gave us a very good experience. Especially us being deaf, they have reassured and assisted us with everything. Highly recommend!
