   Fantastic service from Amy Benwell! We found MAB through Martin's money saving website. Myself and my partner are first time buyers so were initially really nervous about the process and had no knowledge of mortgages etc. Amy made it so easy and was so patient with us and all our questions. She explained everything really clearly and we came away from our calls with her much more knowledgable than we were before. Not only did she secure us a fantastic interest rate, but she also kept us updated as to when a better product came on the market, and was able to switch us to this hassle-free!    We have had a brilliant experience with Mortgage Advice Bureau so far. My partner and I are buying our first home together so whilst we know the odd bit about house buying, a lot of this process was very new to us. Right from the first video call, Courteney has been amazing with answering our many questions and putting us at ease with any worries we had. She has been professional, knowledgeable and approachable throughout and communication has been great consistently.    Mortgage Advice Bureau deliver such a brilliant service, leaving me as a happy customer (and now home owner!) I was fishing around for the best deal that works for me and was recommended a Offset Mortgage which is a less common mortgage type, which is perfectly suited to my needs. Mike Bone as my advisor and he talked me through in detail about how it would work and compared against alternatives so I could make my own mind up. It was a great process and Mike knew his stuff and was incredibly clear when explaining. Not only this, but he also checks in to offer support and guidance while going through the lengthy process of searching for / buying a house. Excellent response times, brilliant advice delivery and overall a very pleasant customer experience! 100% would recommend. Thanks Mike! Callum M
