   I asked them help me exit a complex bridging loan. They assured me they could do it. I spent over a month going over everything with them, giving very detailed accounts into the 2 securities that needed mortgaging. They then decided they couldn't help and went on the defensive, accusing me of not being transparent with them! Now they are not returning my calls or emails. Very unprofessional company!

   AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE unless you have ample time to waste. The brokers at this firm will string you along for weeks collecting documents, only to abruptly withdraw without explanation. Unprofessional, dismissive, and inconsiderate of clients’ time - especially when deadlines matter. A truly poor, horrible experience.

   Avoid the company. They don't do any due diligence on any paperwork you send them that they request. The broker made me pay surveyor fees several times only for the lender to come back to reject because paperwork didn't match with lender requirements even though the brokers said everything was fine. When they don't think they can help, they avoid your emails, calls and messages. Still waiting for amended surveyor documents to be sent to me as promised but again ignoring me completely. Left out of pocket £3k. Do not deal with Liam, Matthew and Jack.

   We were initially turned down for our remortgage by another broker as it was a slightly complex HMO deal. We then spoke to Morgan Bowker @ Vincent Burch who looked at the case and told us exactly what we needed to meet the lender's criteria. Throughout the process we have been kept up to date, a big thank you also to Ewelina Bemke the mortgage administrator. The Lender's panel solicitor raised several queries late into the process but we were able to discuss these issues with Vincent Burch who were able to get approval from the Lender's underwriting team which enabled the deal to progress without delay. Very impressed, will recommend to others and will definitely engage their services in the future

   I can’t honestly say enough good things about Zara at Vincent Burch. From start to finish, Zara was professional but at the same time personable and extremely helpful with my requirements (multiple Ltd company BTL plus a personal mortgage at the same time!). Zara always kept in touch with progress and I hugely appreciate her patience fielding my many (many!) questions. It’s actually quite rare to find someone with these qualities (I’ve spoken to enough mortgage advisors in my time!) so I’d highly, highly recommend if you’re on the market for a new mortgage.
