Had such a poor experience with colour change. They could not decide how to colour my hair resulting in a total disaster. Needed to be coloured twice in one day - 5 hours in the salon, a poor cut and nothing like what I wanted. Now needing to go to another salon and they can’t do anything about the colour as my hair has been damaged by this salon.
Wow! The results of my hair appointment were absolutely beautiful. The best hair transformation I have ever had. So much understanding of what I wanted to achieve, advised on what’s best for me and my hair and the results were beyond my expectations. The atmosphere is so relaxing, the team are so professional and I felt really looked after. I was unable to sit for a long period of time so I wasn’t expecting a complete transformation in one appointment but the team work so hard for me and I left the salon with a complete new look and feeling better than I have done for a long time. Went for a cut very pleased with my stylist Jess.... polite staff offered a drink on arrival , my only complaint was very expensive for a dry cut and no blow dry etc £30... hence just the 4 stars
