Today I visited the Philips Lee salon for the first time, my hair was done by Fay, the best hairdresser I have ever had.The entire salon team is very friendly, there's a homely atmosphere. And Fay welcomed me very warmly. I recommend her xxx
The salon is beautiful very clean and well looked after , as for the service I felt for what we paid We would have had the same service with a more experienced hair dresser for nearly half the price ! The hairdresser my daughter had seemed to be maybe a bit nervous , she cut herself , and told my daughter she couldn’t talk as she needed to concentrate ! My daughter did feel a little uncomfortable ! Her advice about the colour was good she was genuinely a nice girl but I would say definitely over priced ! My daughter was happy with her hair but only because it was more blonde as this is what she wanted!
I had my first experience in a salon to have a balayage, roots and a cut. Fay welcomed me with her very friendly and professional manner and made my experience enjoyable. She did an amazing job with my hair and I couldn’t be happier. Very excited to return for my next appointment.
It was my first time in the salon. Alice made me feel completely at ease. She did a full consultation with me and took the time to really understand what it was I was after. And the result, well just wow! Even better than I imagined! Lovely low tones added, no brassy tones anymore and some nice shaping added. I would have nobody else in that salon! Alice has such a lovely calm presence and is very talented!

Natalie is absolutely amazing ❤️. She takes so much time to understand what you want from your hairstyle and her cuts are simply the best! Nothing is ever too much trouble and going to the hairdressers is such a treat, perfect "me" time. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
An excellent and friendly salon, that I would definitely recommend to men and women alike. The staff are friendly, professional and I’ve only ever had the highest standard of advice and service. Gone are the days of a short back and sides. Now thanks to the staff (Faye and Kirsty deserve a shout out) I’ve actually got a hair style that suits and I’m happy with.
Excellent salon experience! Very friendly and chilled atmosphere. Leah is a very talented, experienced hairdresser, she knows her colours and the cut is always v. polished. Leah gives great honest advice on maintaining condition and cares about your hair health not just how it looks. Highly recommend x
