After rescuing another 1 yr yorkie we took her to emerald vets were they have been looking after our other 13 yr old yorkie for some time Again fantastic service from the reception staff to Adam the vet who's awesome. We needed to get our puppy the second round of vaccinations and Emerald Vets thankfully were able to book us in at the right time. We're registered with the PDSA hospital in Swansea, but they didn't have any appointments in time. I'd been recommended Emerald Vets by many, many people and have only heard positive things about them. The waiting room and consultation room was very, very clean. There were lots of people and pets so it is very popular. The women staffing the reception were polite, friendly, professional and well presented. Most importantly the vet, Brian, was wonderful. He was genuinely interested in my puppy, scanned his chip and checked him over whilst asking relevant questions about his breeding. Our puppy was weighed and vaccinated quickly and kindly. Before we left the consultation, Brian said to call with any concerns or questions and seemed genuinely pleased to have met our dog. Payment was handled promptly by the receptionist. I had heard her previously patiently explaining how insurance excesses worked in relation to treatment costs. A lovely experience for me and the puppy. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a small animal.
Bryan is a first class Veterinarian and I wouldn't take Doti my Pomeranian anywhere else. The staff are fantastic also......a kind and compassionate bunch! 5*
Not only did Brian and Lauren come to our home to help our beautiful Dilys on her final journey , but we received a wonderful sympathy card off the practise ! Not only a skilful practise but a compassionate one !
They are the best .It shows how good they are ,as Brian has only got to call Oscar in and he will go straight in .Will never change from them as they are honest reliable and always helpful,and also Brian is a superb vet .Being around all the vets Bush house ,lllandeilo vets ,Them vets were charging you and half the time you didn't. Need the stuff as they were given you the wrong solution to the problem your pets have .Tumble vets are the best .Brian is tip top with diagnosing your animals.
Fantastic vets don't charge the earth I recommend this vet to everyone I have 7 dogs and even in the middle of the night the out of hours service is fantastic
Brian and his Staff at Emerald Vets looked after my dogs needs and welfare for just over 13 years. The sevice was professional and friendly - accomodating in times of emergency and outside the booking arrangements. It was peace of mind that he was always there.
