Tiggy did a great job with my nails today. She was friendly and professional and very good at what she does. Highly recommend this beautiful friendly salon.

Wonderful. Friendly and efficient service for 2 back to back treatments (lashes and gel polish) Both completed with competence and care. Offered drinks on arrival and between treatment which is a lovely gesture. An inviting salon with great staff. Would recommend.

Booked a pedicure which was a joke. Assistant filed my nails, no shaping. Didnt take my old nail varnish off. Pushed back my cuticles, badly. Filed hard skin badly. I refused polish as colours were awful, i wanted a nice summer orange. The whole experience was over in 19 mins! Charged me £15! Dreadful pampering session would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND

Consistently great experience at Rosie's. The staff are always incredibly welcoming and friendly. I had a pedicure tonight - well priced and a really nice job! Highly recommended.

I am writing on behalf of my friend, Heather Husband, who had a deeply upsetting experience at your Nantwich salon on Tuesday, 9th July at 2:30 PM. Heather had a booked appointment for a pedicure, and as someone who uses a mobility scooter, she expected to be treated with the same courtesy and professionalism as any other customer. The appointment ran 15 mins late with no offer of a drink or explanation as to why this was the case. To make matters worse, when she decided to leave due to the distress caused, a member of staff informed her that she wouldn’t have been able to use the pedicure chair anyway. This comment was both insensitive and discriminatory — if accessibility was an issue, it should have been discussed politely and proactively at the time of booking, not used as an afterthought to justify poor treatment.

Just had my lashes done with Courtney. I’m so pleased with how they’ve turned out. thank you so much for making me feel so at ease.

Make sure to ask for an experienced tech. Got a newbie and it showed. Acrylic thickness was all over the place…thick on some, flat on others. Still debating getting them filled.

My appointment was a 2-parter. LVP eyelashes which went well and am hapoy with and then nails. Having booked gel tips was very disappointed to be told after the old nail were soaked off that the girl didn't have time to do what was booked. Regardless of me saying I wasn't happy at not getting any additional nail length felt I was forced to accept builder nails on my short nails which became stumps after lots of filing. I felt I had to change to a muted colour so as not to attract attention to my hands. Certainly not what was booked or desired for Christmas. Being told that they were lovely was a down right fib and not appriciated as you can see from the pictures. I seriously regret getting them done. The following day I removed the builder gel nails and put on French tips so I could feel elegant for Christmas. Check what your getting thoroughly before you start with the nail treatment and unlike me don't feel you have no choice. The staff individually are pleasant but service follow through poor.

The best experience of waxing I've had! Rosie offered a warm, comfortable service and put me instantly at ease. I usually feel self conscious when getting waxed but Rosie took all this worry away and kept me distracted with conversation throughout my appointment! Would 100% recommend and I'm already looking forward to my next appointment.
