   I loved my experience here, and Rebecca did her utmost to make sure I was happy with my eyelash perm. My eyelashes are thick and stubborn, which makes it harder for any perm to take effect. After Rebecca realised my eyelashes were still pretty straight she booked me in for the next day to go through the process again. I'm really happy with how they turned out and grateful that she dedicated extra time to ensure that - I feel like others wouldn't do the same.

   Rebecca cancelled at short notice , she was rude and didn’t listen to what I wanted. I asked about the ingredients in the creams she was using for the facial and she said she doesn’t know! I waited 20 minutes after coming on time for my appointment. When I was discussing about my brows that hadn’t been done well, she told me the other client was waiting and to go away and have a think if I want them done again! I will not be using her services again. Be wary - she will charge you if you cancel 2 days before but she can cancel one hour before the appointment.

   Rebecca is so lovely & is amazing at what she does. Always know that when I’m booked in I’ll get the results I’m after. The last couple of appointments I have had the brow jelly mask after wax which is so soothing & relieves a lot of the redness - I’d definitely recommend adding this onto every brow wax appointment. Would 100% recommend for any treatment. X
