   I’ve been going to Carla and the girls at Pink Beauty for years. They offer a variety of fantastic treatments and are always welcoming and friendly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend.

   I had paid £55 for classic lashes and within a week they have started to fall off. I complained to them in which they just ignored my message and blamed it on the fact they were busy which is a lie. When you book appointments with them they reply quickly and are happy to take your money from you. They offered to take a look at them in person as they didn’t seem to believe me from the photos, however i have moved to university and I won’t be in middlewich till Christmas. I didn’t even receive an apology for the late reply or the service. They blamed it on my eczema which I don’t even have on my eyelids! As a “gesture of goodwill” they are giving me a discount for a next appointment but haven’t got back to me yet. What a shock. Also I don’t understand why classic lashes are more expensive than hybrid and Russian which have more lashes on them. A complete utter joke.

   I've visited the Pink Beauty Company a few times over the last few weeks, twice to have my make up done by Carla and once to have my nails done by Sarah. Both times I have absolutely loved the treatments I received. The staff are extremely friendly, very easy to chat to and the salon is beautiful. Would 100% recommend and will continue to visit in the future.
