   We felt at sea working out what to do with pension savings and inheritance after retirement. Finding Alice Ward- Smith at Insight gave us all the answers we needed. She has been invaluable in supporting us with our ongoing questions. Alice's knowledge and ability to simplify complex financial issues has been fantastic. It has been refreshing to see her passion for her work and we really benefit from her up to date knowledge of financial changes and new products. Alice has recommended several tax efficient strategies for us personally and for our family longer term. When fiscal rules change to our detriment Alice finds a solution. She has great attention to detail and responds quickly. We feel our finances are on a much sounder footing. Alice always finds solutions and through her we have also used the will writing and accountancy services at Insight. Putting aside Alice's knowledge and advice she is very personable. Alice Ward-Smith is my adviser and I couldn't be happier with the service I am receiving. I am impressed by her personal approach and her attention to detail. I was concerned when Ian retired but Alice has stepped into his financial shoes and instantly came across as friendly , knowledgeable and professional , immediately putting me at ease. I always feel well informed and well advised after our discussions but never under pressure to make instant financial decisions or changes . Alice has given me a better understanding of managing my finances in retirement and I look forward to our conversations . She is always available and communicative .    They are very good at contacting you and keeping in touch when they are trying to sell you their products, however, once they have your money they don't seem so keen to acknowledge any emails or engage. I have been trying to have a query answered for approx 6 months, but have not even had my email acknowledged.

   My experience with Insight is fantastic. My FA is Richard Beardsworth. I have had advice from Richard for about 6 years. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy and he is really good at explaining complex financial issues in a way I can understand. I was really nervous about being able to retire and he had provided me with tools and forecasts so that I can feel secure in my decisions. I can't recommend Richard highly enough. It's such a big decision to trust someone with you finances and I feel really secure in my decision.
