   had a deep clean done at my student house today by the lovely team of leah, alice, amy and amber. They are the loveliest group to have in the house I would definitely recommend having cleaning done by this company. From the minute I woke up I was approached spoken to and given clarity on what was being done which makes it so the much more comforting. had lovely conversations with all of them and not only is their vibe good their service was EXCEPTIONAL. The house was so clean when they left I was scared to mess anywhere up. SQUEAKY CLEAN. I was so happy coming back into my student house as it was really dirty before with mold everywhere but this team went above and beyond in making it very clean. I am so happy with my experience with them. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

   I've used Why Bother Cleaning twice. The first time was a few years ago for an end of tenancy cleaning. It was the only time I'd ever moved out of somewhere and had my full deposit returned with no quibbles about the cleaning! I used them again in March for a spring clean/reset clean after a bereavement and they were wonderful. Very kind and sensitive plus they did an incredible job and I was delighted with the clean. I would highly recommend them.

   I wish I could give zero. ..... I used this company for the end of tenancy cleaning. I was charged for 540 pounds. they told me that have a Guarantee, if my agent is not happy they will come and clean again. IT IS A LIE. After their 'brilliant' cleaning I immediately let them know that the cleaning was awful. his manager told me that they would fix the problem. and today my agent has told that they refused to come again because his cleaning was good and this is not his responsibility. how nice..... Do not use this company. they DO NOT OFFER and DO NOT DO PROFESSIONAL CLEANING. instead of 3 professional cleaning I had 3 ordinary workers looking for extra cash. after his service the apartment looked like I had done the cleaning myself, thy left a lot of mud and dust. they trick people offering a mysterious guarantee and then do nothing. ALL HIS SERVICE IT IS A BIG SCAM. THEY CARE ONLY ABOUT MONEY, NOT ABOUT QUALITY STANDARDS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE DECEIVED!!!!!!! PS. WBY cleaning. you keep lying in your answer. I have enough proofs of your 'professional cleaning'. Unfortunately, I do not see the option to attached photos here to show everyone your 'high standards' . However, some photos were sent to you after your 'professional' team left the apartment and you even accepted a complaint. where is my answear to the complain? nothing. Everyone who wants to hire this company please see what you will get. BAD CLEANING WITH A LOT OF MUD LEFT AND NO RESPONSIBILITY. IT IS CALLED 'PROFESSIONAL CLEANING AND HIGH STANDARDS' IN THIS COMPANY.

   Fantastic. Needed a last minute big cleaning job doing. They were able to fit me in - great customer service. Met the cleaners on the day and showed them round what needed doing. They were so friendly and helpful (even gave me a tip for cleaning my radiators). They really did an amazing job and when I saw how clean the bathroom was I was gobsmacked! It had had some weird orange mould in the tiles and they got rid of it completely. I'm so pleased with the results.

   Really impressed with the amazing cleaning job these guys did! This was not an easy place to clean after many years of neglect, They made the place sparkle as if nobody had ever lived there. I don't think it has ever been so clean! I would seriously recommend them for any type of cleaning you need.
