   Elijah, the point of contact was friendly and helpful in talking through the details and accommodating where possible. Overall the standard of cleaning is thorough. HOWEVER, the unprofessional attitude of some of the staff members (Joanna) are not as pleasing. (Joanna) desperately needs training in how to be respectful when interacting with clients. Joanna was unfriendly, incredibly rude and argumentative from the moment she began the job. No verbal etiquette whatsoever and zero self-awareness or regard for the fact that she was behaving disrespectfully in front of owner of the property whose house she was cleaning and who was essentially paying her wages! Such a poor example being set to her (much younger and impressionable) colleague too. Never ever seen / heard anything like it in my life. If it wasn't for the risk on an unfinished job and a loss of deposit, she would have been escorted off the premises immediately. This behaviour should not be tolerated. Staff represent the company and this behaviour brings down the overall service unfortunately. Just a being a 'good cleaner' is not enough, you do also need to be a pleasant person when entering work premises and interacting with clients. Elijah, please ensure Joanna carries a positive attitude towards your clients, that is what really makes the difference to your business. Without it, I wouldn't recommend any other customer encounters. Employee pleasant people not just cleaners.

   Looked specifically for an after building work deep clean. Wanted whole of 3 bed house cleaned. Parents had their toilet and bathroom knocked into one. Company’s website was informative and Elijah spent time on the phone explaining the 3 phase cleaning process. Workers were professional and well kitted out with equipment. Communication was great. Even some photos put on the table were cleaned. Stair carpet was washed. Items were moved out to get behind. Windows were steam cleaned. Best Christmas I’ve ever bought my parents. I will be using their services again. Highly recommended.

   I have used Sussex Cleaning Solutions to deep clean my offices. They disinfected everything with carpet cleaning and I was so impressed. I now use them weekly to make sure that everything stays clean, especially during this Covid Crisis. I will defiantly be using them consistently from now on.    Extremely happy with this service!! 100% returning customer. I cannot recommend Sussex cleaning solutions enough. They are not your regular cleaners. I've tried many services locally but this is to a whole new standard Elia and the team are polite, professional and take their time to note down your requests and basically deliver. The end result can only be described as an excellent delightfully and visibly clean home that feels fresh and renewed! I've also booked my home in for ULV disinfection / fogging which has served to put my mind at rest during this Covid period Keep up your outstanding standards and you have a happy and returning customer! :)
