I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude and unprofessional, with an unhelpful attitude throughout the call. It felt like they had no interest in resolving my concerns and were more focused on being dismissive. Definitely not the level of service I would expect from a professional business.
