As you walk to the door there are signs warning that no entry without a mask. Once inside as you enter Temperature is checked and the stylists work area is is clean and tidy and beong a male had my hair cut to an high standard the whole experience was warm and welcoming
Very very disappointed with my experience I had when having tape hair extensions put in for the first time ever! I was very excited to have these done to be very disappointed with the out come ! I had my hair dyed and the tape hair extensions put in. I manage to get my hair from very dark brown so from a 4 to a 6 so two shades lighter ! Which I liked as I wanted my natural colour for the hair dresser Leslie to NOT listen to what I want to then putting it back to dark brown !!! Even when I said this isn’t going to be to dark is it because the colour looks very dark for her to answer back and say no! But what a surprise it was dark brown when finished ! My hair did look nice that colour but it wasn’t what I asked for! Then she put the tape hair extensions in without cutting my hair first which really it needed a good cut because it looked a mess but she didn’t. The hair was dyed the extensions were in but I said I feel I’m missing a bit at the front. so you could really tell these were extensions! Didn’t look natural at all and every one when they saw me said that they could tell. I said about this to her and she said well I can either cut them so it doesn’t look so bad but then what’s the put of having extensions done in the first place for them to be short seems a waste of time! Or buy another pack of 8 strips for another £140 when I only needed another one strip at the front. When in the first place the hair dresser told me two packs would be enough for thickness and length! I would NOT recommend and won’t be going back ever again as she does not listen to what you want and does what she wants all the time. Also customer service is shocking especially when your not happy with the out come of your hair because it’s not what you asked for in the first place it’s like tough luck ! I’ve had them in 7 weeks hated every minute of them so they are out and looks like 3 strips were on one side of the head 11 strips on the back of the head and 2 strips on the other side! So there’s the mistake there was ment to be 3 strips on each side of the head so it was even and there wasn’t a massive gap! Then 10 strips at the back ! So clearly needs more training on how to put these in! But what do I know I’m not the hair dresser am I ???
