Booked at a later time as she asked got down there running behind only hairdresser there with eight people waiting .booked means booked not waiting around two hours standing no seat to sit on.i just left had to wait hour last time no good.wont be returning in less you need a good cleaner
Went here with my daughter for a dry cut Place needed a good clean dust everywhere Hairbrushes were covered in hair Don’t know the name off the hairdresser but she made a right mess of my hair Chopped at it and left it all jagged Didn’t section my hair off Wouldn’t recommend going here now I have to put my faith in another hairdresser to put it right
Great friendly staff. Did a good job with my hair and colour. I would have given it 5 stars but it really does need a good clean and TLC.First impressions always count. There is no car parking but you could park on Tesco which is free but only allowed 3 hours ( please check) or the precinct carpark pay and display.
Lovely lady named Michelle made me feel at home straight away - as if she'd known me for years. Had a cut and blow dry which looks great. I've had several compliments since it's been done, which is lovely. I'll definitely go back. Thanks Michelle!

Shocking service I went in with dark brown hair and asked for highlights . She said it wasn’t possible so she would recommend chunky red highlights , I was charged £55 for red Highlights , I left the shop with a patch she had missed and returned a week later as I went away to show her and she said she would either have to charge me or she will give me the colour to do it myself !!! The picture below was two days after I had my hair done
Let me book last minute which I appreciated massively! So welcoming and talkative throughout my visit 10/10 ladies. Definitely be returning, thank you ❤️
First time I've been here but won't come again. My daughters appointment was for 12.00 but we sat waiting for 25 minutes before a member of staff spoke to us. Whilst waiting I noticed that the hair brushes were full of hair (very unhygienic) and the towels full of holes (all the towels need to be binned - they were awful!) My instinct was telling me to leave but as the staff did seem busy and turned out to be very friendly I decided to stay and hoped that my daughter would get a decent hair cut. However, once we got home I noticed that there were long bits hanging down from the back of my daughters hair and realised that the lady who cut her hair had not even sectioned it off but just cut straight across and did not check it properly. I have basically paid £18 for a wonky haircut which I now have to put right myself or I have to take my daughter to another hairdressers to get it all straightened! Even I know that hair has to be sectioned off first! I now wish I had listened to my instincts and walked out. Sorry ladies but I will not be recommending your salon or returning. And for goodness sake get rid of those towels!!!
