   Honestly CAN NOT RECOMMEND ANY HIGHER!! 10/10!! Due to mental health issues we didnt notice a family member was struggling we rallied together to help find a solution. I search and scoured the Internet and come across Bang Tidy. From the very first interaction to the end the team and Adam have been nothing but amazing supportive and kind generous and accommodating. They greated myself at the property and immediately i broke down in overwhelment of relief. Within less than 6 hours the property has had a complete and utter make over. Im absolutely speachless and overwhelmed with happiness. I was almost too shocked to speak. As a family we couldnt be anymore thankful or happy. Everything from communication with the girls in the office to Adam the main man reaching out himself and assisting us through this has been nothing short of amazing. The gratitude i have for thiis company is unimaginable. Would recommend to anyone!

   Massive thank you to the Bang Tidy team. We had three rooms we had accumulated items in over a number of years which we weren’t able to tackle due to sentimental reasons. We asked Bang Tidy to clear out all three rooms finally. They arrived and got straight down to work, they were strategic, efficient and from our perspective, quicker than we thought it would take. They tidied after themselves and completed the task at hand for which we are grateful for. Friendly and polite guys as well!

   Avoid at all costs. Appalling communication from Adam. As seen from all other reviews; who ever interacts with him gets a bad service. I paid for a EOT clean and was utterly surprised for 2 people to turn up with a hoover and a single detergent - for £285. On the day of my tenancy ends. I requested the ladies if I can have permission to record them of them being unable to provide a clean claiming it will take more than “5” hours for a studio flat that is empty. The distrust from initial communications was utterly lacking and clearly lacks professionalism. I ended up booking with a *Melody Cleaning Services* who thankfully arrived same day, charged £230 due to short notice and did a deep EOT clean within 3 hours. This company is clearly just after your money and overpricing everything Edit: “wasted your time”? * I asked for consent in which they then asked to call you up; in which I retroactively did. * If you want full transparency- here’s screenshots of the video I provided. * Photos of what it looked like after removing most of my items. * 0 communication of day of arrival and intact arrived earlier; which I mentioned to your cleaners that they came 45 mins early and was in process of binning; in which your cleaners were happy with. They only decided to reject the job after seeing them flat so I then requested them to record. Interesting how your trying to classify this as a 1 bed as well
