very good service, I,d been cutting my own hair so it was a mess. Very nice lady sorted it out and had to deal with my thick and curly hair. Thinned out and its in better shape, thank you!

Came here on recommendation. I was lucky to arrive when it was quiet and was attended to straight away. During my appointment the place filled up rapidly as it is a walk in no appointment time required Salon. I showed a photo of the cut I wanted and discussed it with the stylist. Half an hour I had exactly what I asked for. The cut was fantastic. I don't know the name of the person who cut it but he was absolutely great. First time I've come out of a salon with exactly what I asked for! Thank you!
travelled from London was recommended this hair salon as its a very small town...firstly had to listen to a conversation about how hungover the hair stylist was becuase he had been out all night. then he got the metal hair brush stuck in my head, my hair is quite thin and there was no compassion for this just a rushed tired job. just because they charge 15 pound for a wash and blow dry doesn't mean there service is very good.
So my teenager asked for a haircut today. Wanting a shorter style the hairdresser was showed a photo which showed hair long on top reaching below eye level at the front sitting on the cheeks. Sort of the long curtain style/ floppy front graduating to a shorter back. Well I have never refused to pay for a haircut but I did today. My child was in tears when realising it had been hacked at, it was unlevel with chunks missing and very short. The fringe is slanted with a long piece in the middle and way above the eyebrows not sat on the cheeks at all. I am mortified and my child is devastated. The only thing we can do now is go to the traditional barbers and have it clipped off. Disgusting. The offer to tidy it up at this salon was of course declined. Dont go there and have a hair cut done by the mature blonde with straight hair and glasses. As for the men they did not even attempt to apologise or admit how bad the cut was even though my child was crying. Stay well clear. Never again. Oh and if anyone wants a pic of the poor cut. I would be happy to oblige. This is the full truth so dont even attempt to call me a liar like it appears that is common practice when left a bad review.
Very busy salon although it is a walkin if you need a colour as I did get there early or you may be asked to return later that day/ the next day as more time is needed which I understood. I returned 4hrs later as asked and was straight in we had a chat about what I wanted then he got to work full head of foils a tint in between with a toner and blow dry only took 2.5hrs on my medium length hair. I'm very happy with the outcome will definitely be returning.
