   I have been coming here for several years and the team are always so welcoming and helpful. I really trust the team with my hair and they are always able to offer me advice and tips that leave my hair looking gorgeous. Recently had my hair coloured and it was just gorgeous. Everyone in the team makes an effort to make every aspect of being in the salon wonderful. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

   So amazing. I went in to have my roots done, as always the service was fantastic. It's a friendly environment where you can just sit and be quiet or engage. I must confess I love the heated massage chairs at the backwash. You don't have to have then on, but they really add an extra level to the pampering. I always come away really happy and better yet, they've started doing extensions too so I'm popping back in a few weeks

   Came to salon on the 12th Jan for first time in over 10yrs, Tom did my colour amazing and was very chatty and made me feel comfy, the apprentice did a brill job of putting my toner on and washing my hair, she also did an amazing job of drying it and straightning it Gabriel did an amazing cut and style,explained everything to me and what products to use from the salon to make my hair in good condition. Can't wait to come back again! :)

   I have just had my hair cut, washed, and styled by Gabriel. Firstly, what a lovely experience this salon gives you throughout your time here. It's warm and very welcoming. I was first greeted by a lovely smile from Thomas. Both couldn't do enough for each customer who walks through the door. The girls working on the shop floor are also very friendly. Everyone is always smiling. The salon is lovely and clean. They even have a private area upstairs for anyone going through cancer treatments. So thoughtful and so special. I can highly recommend the salon & will never go elsewhere. In regards to the cancellation policy, AS A CUSTOMER, you are made fully aware of this. & if I cancelled in short notice, I would still expect to be charged. This policy is practised regularly in the working industry. Wonderful Salon. Natalie

   Being a regular customer of the salon, I’ve been forced to pay a cancellation fees of £30 because I was not being able to attend an appointment due to a personal emergency. The manager was not keen to listen to my reason of canceling and the only thing he was interested it was to pay 25% of the cost of the service booked! After one year of being their customer I have to say that I will never go in that salon ever again! So please be aware when you book an appointment to do not have any personal emergencies as you will lose money and no one will care!

   I was a little nervous about attending an hairdresser after nearly two years but the Covid precautions were excellent better than I could imagine. The cut was exactly as I wanted which with some places is not the case. Would definitely recommend Tony and Guy. Over succeeding visits I have changed my mind about styles and made suggestions. They have been patiently listened to, and Gabriel has worked with me to give me the best but possible

   I left the salon noticing I had very damaged and crispy hair after touching it which is unfortunately due to the heat damage caused and now have to deal with fixing this myself. It is a shame as this seemed like a good salon with friendly staff. The stylist who worked on my hair was polite but should've known better than to continue using heat on my hair when she knew it wasn't helping the condition of it. I am pretty sure my hair even snapped off at one point when heat was being used on it so I can't say this was the best experience I had here.
