   I've worked for Minster for over 7 yrs and have previously held the position of supervisor on two sites and have probably worked on more sites as a regular cleaner than any other cleaner in my time here. Management is always helpful and understanding of issues encountered and issues raised. Everyone offers their knowledge and experience when challenges arise and we get resources to get the job done. Minster Sussex is fair in their payment of contract and overtime (they pay more!) and very generous with holiday bookings as long as reasonable time is given. Best cleaning company I've worked for, having worked for Interserve, Servest, OCS, Mite, Ecolabs and several others.

   As a newcomer of some six months now, and working on a "one person" Site, I was certainly apprehensive about my initial "training" session. NO PROBLEMS. Dan taught me what was needed in a really thoroughly friendly way, which put me at ease. Julie my Mobile Supervisor has proved to be an absolute treasure when visiting me on Site.Hayden in the Office answers E Mails immediately and has advised me when needing supplies. They all value me as a team member, which I find really great. Oh....my Salary appears on time every month with a covering E mail. I'm really impressed.
