    UNPROFESSIONAL. Absolutely DREADFUL customer service. I booked the appointment, woman did not take my name, number or even look at me continued fiddling with clients nails. I arrived for my appointment, she told me "you would have been cancelled anyway due to an overbooking" Did not offer apologies for wasting my time. Go here if you want no massage your time wasted and peoples nails prioritised over your appointment. Rude lazy and useless staff.

    Came in for the first time today and it will be the last. A wet cut took 15 minutes from sitting in the chair and having my hair washed to walking back to my car. Bear in mind if you ask for a wet cut, you'll walk out looking like you've just came out the shower. Half my hair is wonky, it wasn't even checked. Some looks like it hasn't been cut & the customer service was appalling. I'm now returning to my old hairdressers 350 miles away for it to be rescued.
