My son has been having his hair cut by T Chax for about 2.5 years now and goes every 2 weeks even though it’s a 25 min drive/bus ride away, he won’t go anywhere else now, even when he has his hair braided at one of the other locations he comes up to see T for a shape up straight after.
Decent haircut. But he push your appointment back to give his friends a cut. Booked a 5 pm appointment. My Son finally sat in the chair at 5.48 pm to have his hair cut. Just so he could give his mate a hair cut. Poor customer service 5 pm should mean 5 pm.
Came to do my beard as usually just walked in sit down guys started looking at me already. One of the guys asking me do you have an appointment like to came GP service I answered no I don't have he goes well its only me and him working so.... why it's should be my problem get some more employees you got empty chairs and people walking off just cuz only 2 guys working...So you can't just come in and get hair done. An incredible service accompanied by a genuinely nice staff, they are incredibly polite but are also relatable engaging with jokes and laughter from time to time. For as much as they are calm and relaxed there execution of cuts are second to non and you can tell they take pride in their work. I’ve never not been into the shop without it having a good vibrant energy. King may they continue to uphold these standards. They are a credit to the community and people of stoke.
The guys at chax barbers are as professional as they come, from walking inside you are greeted by all with a friendly welcome. Kept entertained by whats going on in the shop from music to watching just how good the barbers are and how much pride they take in their work.. great job leeroy and all, 5/5 wouldn't go elsewhere.
I have been taking my son to chax for years. He always make the effort with them asking how their days been and making sure they are comfortable. This has been by adjusting capes, turning the music down or putting a movie on to help the boys relax.
Best barbershop I’ve been to in and around Stoke! Extremely welcoming every time I go, and great vibes with the whole team while getting a haircut which makes it much more enjoyable. Barbers are always on time when I book online & they are also extremely talented! I recommend Chax to all friends and family when they say they need a haircut - 10/10!
