I’ve used Belle Casa for around a year now, they’ve always been really helpful, timely on responses and provided us with excellent cleaners. They’re friendly to deal with but professional and gave me reassurance about letting someone in my home - which was important when I was looking for a company. We had a really bad experience with this company. Their model requires you to pay the cleaner each week while they take their weekly fee by direct debit. The first cleaner did a good job when she cleaned but she only turned up around 8 times in 4 months. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and agreed to try another cleaner but she was also unreliable, turning up when she felt like it, on some occasions walking in without notice over 3 hours before her scheduled time, or texting me in the morning to say she wasn't coming. The agency were useless, all they do is put you in the touch with the cleaner. After that you have to manage the cleaner yourself and I wasted time every day the cleaner was due negotiating with her about if and when she would turn up. Every week the cleaner didn't turn up, the agency still get their fee. We felt ripped off. It then took 2 weeks to get the key back from the cleaner, again I was left to arrange this myself. They didnt do anything until after 2 weeks if broken promises I sent a complaint email.
We have been using Belle Casa services for around 4 years and we are very happy with them. They charge a fair price and provide really good and trustworthy cleaners. We definitely recommend them!
We have used Belle Casa for over 7 years and have absolutely no complains about their service. They have been wonderful, responsive, extremely polite and respectful and very prompt with responding to phonecalls and emails. They are very reasonably priced and their service is absolutely worth the money. I highly recommend them for all your cleaning services. They are brilliant if you need a replacement cleaner at short notice and all the cleaners we have had over the years have been great and thoroughly vetted.

They provided really professional cleaners, and when a change had to happen as one of the cleaner was moving, we had a seamless transition to a new cleaner. Both cleaners were really efficient and super-friendly, and going through Belle Casa gives peace of mind in terms of insurance and getting reliable people. Had a very good experience with Belle Casa for more than a year... Even though we had some issues with our first cleaner, they manage to change the cleaner straight away and were very professional to solve that matter. Even we decided to stop using their services due to private reasons (nothing wrong with them at all), they replied very quickly and once agin, very professional til the very end. Our cleaner were nice and we built a nice relationship with her...her and us were flexible on dates...so it was very easy to set up the cleaning day, depending on our diary’s. Belle Casa seems to have a nice ethical relationship with their cleaners as well. 5 well deserved stars.
This agency is amazing. I needed someone reliable and trustworthy. Belle Casa had already been recommended to me but I still wasn't sure as I d have a bad experience in the past. I made a quick call and got a quick response which was a good start. They then sorted me out a really good cleaner who we are over the moon with - reliable, friendly and clearly experienced.
