   I am beyond disappointed with this company I was running late and called I thought my appointment was at 2.30 not 2.10 anyway as I was on my way I am upset that as a regular customer client and especially as I have been more than accommodating when Suden has asked me to move my appointments for her benefit I have always been accommodating , so on this occasion fair enough I was late , but no text or call to ask if I was running late or anything . I will not use there services ever again . I will never use any of there services which is a shame because although they are overpriced for what they do customer service is what they used to be good at , now that seems to have gone down the pan all they care about is money

   I can’t recommend this salon enough! From the moment you walk in, it feels warm, welcoming and friendly! My hairdresser Claire is always so accommodating, really listening to what I want and taking the time and care to make sure the result are perfect. The quality of service is excellent, I always leave feeling well looked after and in love with my hair. A true gem of a salon!

   If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Everytime I come to the salon I'm made to feel welcome, like a friend and have the best time, even when I'm having a bad time. Claire does my vivid red/copper hair and has honestly transformed my confidence with it. Claire is attentive, absolutely hilarious and just lovely, and would go above and beyond for her clients where possible (my hen do and wedding appts for example!). I look forward to our appts everytime as I know we'll just spend the whole time laughing, yapping and making me feel super glam again. Lydia does my nails and again, absolutely stellar at her craft. We've created some of the most cursed, weird but still very cute nail sets that have gotten SO many compliments and laughs that I cannot imagine entrusting the job to anyone else. Even when I'm in my appts or just waiting, the rest of the staff are so lovely and welcoming and always stop to check in. Absolute magic is being performed at 81RG and I cannot wait for my next round of treatments, thank you gals x

   Natasha absolutely transformed my hair ,she perfectly matched my grey tones, cut it beautifully and most importantly listened to what I wanted. I often like to be quiet and listen to a podcast and Natasha was professional, polite,made conversation when I engaged her ,otherwise let me be, without it being awkward, I have lots of wavy ,unruly hair with coarse grey strands. ,Natasha turned it into a silver mane. Already booked for next time and I'll be recommending her to all my friends.

   I never leave negative reviews but me and my mum have been going to this salon for over a year now (very frequently) and today I experienced the worst customer service I think I ever have, I called the salon up to let them know I was estimated to be 10/15 minutes late as there was a crash on my way & traffic everywhere - they said it was fine and I would have a call back with any issues, when I didn't receive a call back I thought everything would be ok, once I arrived to the salon I was turned away as they "didn't have time for me" even though I had an 1hr 15 minute time slot on Fresha (the booking app they use). I soon found out my appointment time has been edited to 30 minutes and I had only 15 minutes left of my appointment, once I explained it is my BIRTHDAY TOMORROW and I needed squeezing in I was shown no sympathy and to be honest felt Sam (the manager) couldn't care less, I will not be returning and all my future appointments have been cancelled. If you cannot help me and fit me in for 30 minutes after we have been such loyal customers to you for 18 months, then you obviously do not need my custom.

   I have previously been very happy with the service received at this Salon but today asked them to honour a £50 voucher a month out of date and they were unable to consider accommodating this request despite being primarily a female workplace whom I am sure in time will experience the difficulty of organising any small luxuries around two babies! Disappointing to say the least, particularly as I would have been happy with the quiet time after Christmas. Won’t be visiting again.

   Liked the eclectic decor and background music very much. Parking is limited as is the menu, but the food was tasty and service was good. Please be advised that the small plates are exactly that, and nowhere near value for money - they are not even starter sizes. If they were priced cheaper, customers would be able to have two or three in a tapas style, but you'd need to take out a mortgage for their current prices. Not sure I'd go back as there are better places which represent better value for money.
