   As nice as the ladies in here are, the quality of work just does not live up to expectations. I paid £110 to end up looking like these images. I went back and the stylist stated she would try and amend her work, I was rushed through and felt like a burden. Though she may have amended some of the parts at the front of my head, the work at the back is poor and I am embarrassed. I will now have to go elsewhere to pay even more to have this rectified. I would like to request a refund, my hair is ruined.
