Good parking. Easy access for wheelchair. Wide aisles. Nice staff. Very clean. Tills army always open but they do have self-service. Can be a bit pricey. A good range of stock. Veg & fruit is always good.
A centrally located store in the village, free parking, competitive pricing. Shelves are well stocked, I always leave with more than I intended to buy! Staff are always friendly and there's always someone to help.
Rude staff who are reluctant to admit they are wrong. Maybe overall some staff need to be trained on customer care again? It is never acceptable to speak to customers like they are in kindergarten!!! Staff like to shout at customers and belittle customers

I have supported this shop, 2/3 times a week, ever since it opened, but no more. Their rapid change to self service tills has caught them napping - today, with no-one at a till, I used a self service one, only to find that, having spent over £60 I was unable to redeem the £6 co-op voucher as "they can only be redeemed at manned tills". All the staff offered me was "I can put the items back on the shelves for you"...!! I won't be back - Tesco has this system cracked - good luck catching up Co-op...!! Thanks for the response, but you need to investigate it, regardless. Event occurred during afternoon (2pm?) Sunday 25th - three members of staff involved - and they know who I am. Thanks again.
Good to have a local supermarket, even if they seem to run out of milk and bread occasionally.
Got all the stuff you'd expect from a supermarket, a little bit overpriced but not something to be bothered about. The reason I give it a 2 though is because a certain member of staff seems to have a dislike towards me and treats me with no respect every time they serve me, I must clarify that most of the staff are friendly and give a good atmosphere. I got a very sour reaction for being out by one pence, asked to remove the 5P bag and they acted more sour even said something insulting to me about "not being able to count".
Brilliant store. A good variety of fresh and frozen groceries, books, music, mags, papers, lottery, hair dye etc and a huge alcohol selection. Great staff too. Some have been there since it opened. No downside. Plenty of parking and trolleys. Community conscious too with a food bank collection point, for sale board, police contact (occasionally) and phone to call a cab
Staff are friendly and pretty good range but either I am very often unlucky or the have some serious staffing issues. Will often find just 2 tills open and long queues. basket tills are rarely manned. They do accept contactless payment and have a food bank and ATM inside. Parking can be an issue during school pickup and drop off times, as parents use the stores parking.
