   Extremely unprofessional — no one was there when we arrived We had a terrible experience with the Baltic Inn. We booked this place in advance through Booking.com, planning to rest before heading to Cardiff the next day. When we arrived, the entire property was empty. No staff, no instructions, no way to check in, and no response from anyone connected to the inn. Keep in mind we already pay for this accommodation! They already took our money. Booking.com contacted the property and asked us to wait 30 minutes, which we did — but still, no one showed up. In total, we wasted over an hour just standing outside with nowhere to go, late in the day, with no support AT ALL. We ended up scrambling for last-minute accommodation elsewhere. This was completely unprofessional and stressful. Avoid this place if you want any reliability or basic hospitality. Id give no star at all. This is my first time ever reviewing on google about a place. You can imagine how bad it is

   Not good! Lack of cleanliness is verging on a health hazard! Not sure if people staying in a hotel without staff on site is even legal for fire regulations is it? Surely someone should be there to coordinate evacuation and roll call?? Filthy room, broken fittings and a burnt out kettle. Felt dirty even after a shower. Management (if there is one) needs to get a grip of this place because it could be decent if they put some effort in. If not another failed establishment to be sadly.

   Stayed for a night (1 person), nice hotel with a cozy and large room. The bed was really comfy. Nice bathroom, the room had a cupboard with a fan if needed. The walls seemed a bit thin (I could hear children running in the corridors late at night and even early in the morning) but I don't blame the hotel for that.

   Had a great stay at The Baltic Inn. Rooms were spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable. We had food in the bar and although the menu is small they do what they offer very well. Enjoyed our breakfast as well. Can't fault this establishment.

   Stayed here out of season. Had the bridal room which was nice and spacious. Owner was lovely, food was ok. Had issues with The heating but once told the owner it was sorted with a little pressure check. Hand6 location for what we wanted. Good value as we booked last minute. Cosy bar area.

   Booked a table for 6.30pm with a Gentleman by the name of Stan.He was so polite and helpfull on arraiving the lady said that there was no record of our booking.Was that there was a Chef missing and there would be a delay. 45-50 min later the food arraived.I would say that we would not be in a hurry to call there again. However the Staff were excellant and Attentive.

   Booked for2 nights, we we're given the bridal suite. There was a large bath, no seperate shower, no safety or handrail, the area was very slippery. The bed felt and looked like the sheets had not been changed, there were hairs in the bed. The evening food was poor, the service lacking. Breakfast was only a continental offering. We asked for another room, and were offered a much smaller room with a very strange shower set up, the shower head was broken, so was the toilet seat. Nothing seemed to work properly. We wanted to complain the next morning but the whole place was locked up, at 9 am ! So we exited an emergency exit and decided to leave, never to return. Please note, the full payment was taken before we arrived, and the chance to get a reduction or refund was zero. We won't be going back.

   Friendly, accommodating, clean and presentable rooms, good shower,lovely breakfast - big portions and lovely quality food. Thank you for a lovely stay. We are a family of 5 with a dog so really grateful they could accommodate us and at short notice!
