Visited today to have my haircut by Chrissy this morning. I’m always pretty nervous starting with a new hairdresser. Chrissy was lovely! She listened to how I like my hair to look and made me feel at ease immediately. I left with an amazing haircut and feeling amazing. Thank you Chrissy for an amazing cut. xx
I had such a wonderful experience at headKase with Kristie. She completely transformed my hair and fixed a bad haircut I have had before from elsewhere. She really listened to what I wanted, took her time and gave me the style I asked for. I left the salon feeling so much more confident and happy with my hair. I can’t recommend her enough! If you are looking for someone who is skilled, attentive and genuinely cares about giving you the best result, she is the one. Once again thank you so much for the amazing haircut. I will definitely be returning for all my hair appointments.
I've been coming to see Kelsey at HeadKase since she started here and she is incredible! Welcoming, knowledgeable and skilled! Everytime I leave I'm so impressed with the cut and colour I have done! This salon was recommended to me by someone and so I booked in for a simple cut and finish. It’s worth noting that I wasn’t sat in the chair until 15/20mins into my appointment time. After the hair wash, I was sent back to sit down by myself and found another customer in the chair. He asked if he was in my seat and I said I wasn’t sure, which is when another hairdresser shouted for me to sit in a different chair across the salon. This was super awkward. When my hairdresser came back, I told her I wanted length cut off the ends and some framing around the face. She said she would cut my bangs quite long to begin with and then we can adjust if they were too long. This never happened, she cut them quite short straight away. I didn’t mind as I didn’t think they looked bad, but if I did have a choice I would have had them a tad bit longer. Now I don’t know whether she was rushing so much as the next client was already in the salon and waiting because our appointment ran over as I wasn’t sat straight away. She styled my hair curly and over the next week and a bit I had my hair up for work everyday.. Yesterday I straightened it for the first time since the cut for a family meal. My whole family was pointing out the fact that my hair wasn’t cut 1. in a straight line as you can see on the photo the left side is slightly longer than the right, and 2. little strands of hairs were left longer than the rest, mostly on the right side of the pic. What an awkward and embarrassing experience from start to finish. The only reason this isn’t getting a 1 star is because the lady cutting my hair was genuinely so lovely and I feel a bit bad leaving this review but this service just isn’t acceptable for £42. Gutted :(

Fantastic service. Went in for a cut and finish which was fairly basic as I’m trying to grow my hair and Georgie suggested a semi colour through to bring out the shine. A basic trim ended up looking very Chique and fresh. Worth the extra money totally. Archie was a joy to chat to really engaging and clearly has a passion for the company and his work. Very mature and confident for a 17 year old. Lovely, relaxed and non judgemental welcome which let’s face it some salons are often guilt of. X
I have never been in and out a hairdressers so fast. I arrived at 1.15 for a cut and blow, a groupon voucher £16. It wasn’t even worth £16. I was leaving at 1.50. I have shoulder length hair. The girl didn’t do what I asked. She didn’t check that the hair on both sides of my face were the same length. When she was drying it, she kept getting the hair caught around the brush. I think she was more interested in getting her lunch that had just been delivered. I won’t be going here again.
Yesterday the manager (missed her name sorry) did my foils and Kelsey cut my hair. I was suddenly poorly half way through the foils and the girls were so lovely. I continued to have my hair done as half through but had to keep going the bathroom. The manager took my foils off and washed my hair and put some conditioner on and left it on for a bit and opened the back door so I could get some fresh air I've never been in a situation where I've suddenly felt and been ill but the staff were brilliant. I was very embarrassed about it but the staff couldn't have been nicer. I loved the end result of my hair too, the colour is so nice and I love the cut. Thank you HeadKase, Crewe xx
