I booked Michelle to do a 1 day pet sit for my 2 chickens and 3 cats. She is very knowledgeable and conscientious and did more than I would have expected with the chickens. She is also very gentle and knows how to deal with pets. I would recommend her and will be asking her to look after my pets next time.
Michelle was great! Contacted her at very short notice for dog boarding (which is something she doesn't provide) as a previous dog boarder became uncontactable. Michelle went above & beyond for our dog & id highly recommended Michelle.
Michelle looked after our Jack Russell Bertie during my daughter's wedding day, before the booking we had a 1 hour telephone consultation in order to gather all of Berties history, especially any particular character traits or concerns that we may have had. The day before the wedding Michelle came to our air BnB to meet Bertie, during which time she assessed him, our interactions with him; much to learn for us, and the environment she would be caring for him in, at this 30 min appointment, as she also did during our call, Michelle was very generous in giving us so much advice from her years of experience and observations she had made, and I can honestly say Bertie was in very safe hands indeed. During the day Michelle sent us several what's app messages and photos which was very reassuring. Unfortunately in the evening, Bertie developed a rash, and as he has a history of allergies, Michelle was very quick to act, sending us a message, contacting our on call vet at home, and administering the medication we had bought with us. Further more, as we had not picked up that message, because the mobile signal was intermittent where we were, Michelle drove to the venue, found us and very professionally and calmly assured us that Bertie was fine, but that he had needed some treatment and relayed the vets further advice. Thank you for all you did for us and Bertie Michelle, your kind, calm and supportive nature was much appreciated on such an important day for us.
We had a last minute trip away for 3 days . Michelle came over first to meet our two ' independent ' older cats & it was obvious she is a cat and dog lover with experience. Our cats were both cared for so beautifully , so arriving home with contented cats in their safe place was a joy, having had our break knowing they were in such good hands. We had contact if we wanted throughout, as well as a video of the cats. Would recommend Michelle to anyone who loves their pets and needs the best care. I will definitely be using Michelles Pet Sitting service again! Fantastic experienced care with 100% attention to detail. Thank you Michelle. ( House left immaculate too! )
We have a cat that needs a twice daily injection along with a tablet once a day. Michelle went to great effort to learn how to properly give the cat her medicines, and has now looked after her many times both overnight and for multiple days. Michelle goes above and beyond and is always reliable so we can relax when we’re away from home knowing we’ll get an update that medicine and food has been given on time and that we will be contacted immediately if there are any concerns.
Fantastic care from Michelle! Baggy, our cat, received wonderful care from Michelle while we were away on holiday. She sent reports after each visit - with photos! - and it was so reassuring to know that he was happy. He is normally very shy with strangers, but after a day or so Michelle had him eating out of her hand - literally, with a photo to prove it! I would not hesitate to recommend Michelle to anyone who wants their pet looked after by a caring and knowledgeable person. I will definitely use her services again.
Michelle cared for our beloved Maine Coone cat, Bella, over two weeks when we were away on holiday. She put our minds at rest straight away when she came to our home for an initial meeting with us and Bella, with her calm and caring manner and her clear knowledge about cat behaviours and her obvious love of animals. Whilst we were away she attended our home daily and cared for Bella to the highest standard. She was extremely reliable in attending and she also provided us with daily email updates keeping us informed of how Bella was doing and sent us numerous photos which reassured us that Bella was fine and happy. She was also very amenable in, for example, changing a day around to accommodate a change of plans. We will certainly ask her to assist us the next time we want to go away on holiday, in the confidence that Bella will be cared for to a high standard in her own home. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to care for your cherished pet whilst you are away
Michelle was fantastic! She came and met us all before looking after our cats and was very thorough. She looked after our boys so well and it was lovely to receive daily updates of them. We will definitely be calling upon her services again and cannot recommend her enough.
