   I had never been to a Bravissimo store before until today and i can honestly say that i will never go anywhere else ever again. The ladies were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Chloe booked my fitting over the phone and was so understanding with regards to my recent breast cancer treatment that i asked her if she would be available on the day of my fitting to which she replied yes and that she would make herself available to measure me for my new bra :-) Wow what can i say, Chloe was amazing and made me feel like a new woman and i was no longer in any discomfort as soon as i tried on the new bra's, they fitted like a glove and I had been wearing completely the wrong size. All of the beautiful ladies in your lovely Brighton branch were so welcoming and helpful. I cannot wait for my next visit to the store to buy some more beautiful underwear that actually makes me feel sexy rather than frumpy!! Thank you so much ladies and especially Chloe :-) Happy Christmas

   Hello, I visited your Brighton and Hove branch this weekend (the one near Churchill Square), and was seen for a fitting by a staff member named Charisma. I just wanted to pass along a positive review that Charisma did a wonderful job. They put me at ease, made me feel safe and welcomed, were knowledgeable and really made what I'd built up in my head to be a likely stressful experience really easy. I left happy with a beautiful bra, and would highly recommend the branch and Charisma to anyone else looking to get a fitting. I just wanted to pass that along. Well done!

   Came across this store accidentally while on a daytrip to Brighton. Vast array of lingerie so I picked a few bras and when I asked to try them on, a member of staff showed me to the changing room and said if I needed any help I just needed to ask one of the girls. When I called one she immediately looked at the bra I was trying and said I needed to go down a size on the band and she went and got me 2 to try in the suggested size. I was amazed that on her advice the bras she picked were a perfect fit and had she not made that suggestion, I'd be wearing the wrong size. The staff here were all so helpful and attentive with the customers and the atmosphere of the store was warm and friendly. I'd definitely recommend popping in as nothing is too much for the lovely staff in this store.

   I rocked up on a Saturday morning without an appointment as I happened to walk by while in Brighton for work. Store was well organised with a wide selection of choices and staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout. While in the changing room, I wanted to get advice on the fit of the bra I had chosen but hadn't booked an appointmen. Thankfully Clare was absolutely fantastic! She was proactive in offering help to anyone in the changing rooms and had a very kind and welcoming nature that made me feel very at ease. She gave a careful assessment of the fit and proposed some additional styles to try on. I felt absolutely no sense of pressure to purchase but rather she created an environment in which I was supported to find the right for me and my body. Clare was extremely knowledgeable in explaining why certain bras might not always fit quite right. I might not live in Brighton but I will definitely be back!

   I visited today (Friday) for a bra fitting with Nina. I had the best experience I've ever had with going somewhere for a fitting. Nina is such a beautiful sweet kind hearted lady and so professional and helpful and friendly. So so lovely, such a credit to this store. Thank you so much for all your help Nina, I just love the three bras I left with. In fact you done such a great job at choosing ones to try, they were all so comfy. Appreciate your help and time.

   Fantastic service from start to finish, our sales assistant grace.k provided an excellent service, giving us her full attention, she was polite and very friendly and patient and went above and beyond to find us exactly what styles we needed as both myself and daughter were looking for new bra’s, highly recommend shopping here as the assistants are very friendly and helpful

   Had my first ever bra fitting at bravissimo Brighton today and it couldn’t have been a better experience. I felt confident and happy and left with great quality products. Me, my mum and niece all went and the staff were so lovely and welcoming. Berry (I hope that is right) was incredibly professional and so lovely! She measured both me and my mum and was great! 100% recommend going here!
