   It was massively chaotic &cluttered ,with stock crammed anywhere they could put it. Seems to me quite a clever tactic to keep Christmas shoppers in the store rather than let custom slip away,and it worked as even though I did not find what I went there for , I found a gift for someone. I liked the manners of the lad named Felix ,who served me on the till. It must be quite a aggravating place to work.

   We walked into the shop today, just browsing the products casually. However, within moments we noticed the security guard positioning himself right next to us and watching us closely. It completely changed the atmosphere. We went from simply enjoying our time to feeling uncomfortable, so we decided to leave. We weren’t doing anything unusual just looking at items like any other customer and yet we didn’t feel welcomed or trusted. It was a disappointing experience, and unfortunate for a place that should make visitors feel comfortable, not monitored. I hope the management will look into this, as no customer should feel this way the moment they walk into a store.

   Love popping into the TK Maxx on North Street whenever I’m in Brighton! It’s a big store with loads of variety – from clothes and shoes to home stuff and beauty products. You never really know what gems you’ll find, which makes it kinda fun. Prices are great if you’re into finding branded items for less. The layout can feel a bit packed at times, especially when it’s busy, but that’s part of the treasure hunt vibe. Staff are helpful if you need anything. All in all, a solid spot if you’re looking to grab a bargain in the heart of Brighton!

   This place is a spectacular place to shop,never know what you're going to get. Different seasons, clothes, and items all over the place. On top of this, the home and kitchen area will make your legs a little weak. This is where all the best bargains are from and where you are always surprised. The staff are usually decent enough, too. Th3 place is always a mess.

Each n every product had its unique quality... Variety of products like clothes, fashion, accessories like perfumes, watches, glares, etc, upholstery, shampoos, shower gel, etc .. everything available inside one roof ..

   I am a regular customer here. Stocks at times are great at times nothing interesting on the shelves. What is awful in this branch is the attitude of immature staff. One day, while shopping, a group of staff was badmouthing their manager after she corrected a staff about what she had done. She called the manager just to seek advice how to refund with a card, an item given as a present and was told off. Yesterday as I was looking at the purses in front of the shop, I overheard 2 blokes complaining and cursing about their shift. Saying a lot of curses out loud oblivious of the customers around. While queueing, I witnessed an Asian lady complaining about the racist long-haired blond in the jewellery section and overhearing conversation with manager, she treated her differently than the previous customer. Staff spoke elaborately to customer before her about packaging of item she purchased and then to the complaining customer, upon payment, just gave her the bracelet she bought wrapped in tissue. No packaging or whatsoever. Disgusting how she was treated differently. Manager left and came back and said in cctv she was given a box. Omg the customer was treated now like she was making it up! So insulting! She was furious and insisted no boxes was ever given to her. Manager left and came back and apologised and offered refund. Now I thought, this lady complaining about poor customer service was even thought of lying to get full refund of what she bought!!! Unbelieveable! I will be so furious also! And even saw customer being stared at by the long haired dumb with arms folded while customer was talking to her manager. This dumb blond thought she is pretty outside but with the manner she treated the customer and how she reacted when she was being complained, when she actually is at fault, is appalling. Your beautiful face doesn't cover up your stinky personality. And if as early as now your attitude at work, is like that, you'll go nowhere. Your make up cannot cover up the true ugliness inside you! Won't be coming back at all after these experiences here. Unbelieveable customer service here. Oh and the purse I purchased, didn't realize had scratches on the bottom! Poor quality products on display and poor customer service!!!

   A branded store in the heart of the city, with all brands at cheaper prices for all age groups. Loved the variety and heavy discounts too. What more the prices are reasonable. Variety of accessories for the ladies from bags, body care, jewelry and more. Good options for kids too.
