   9am it says it opens. It got to 9:30 and I walked away as I’d been standing outside for half an hour. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. I’ve waited 15-20 mins in the past before someone rocks up. Then he has the audacity to go for a fag for 5-10 mins before seeing any of us

   Never have i been cut having my hair cut. This person was rushing for some reason. Then being charged £16 for joys of having my cheek with a lovely scratch on it and a nice cut. Will never go again and avoid.

   Used to be a good place to get a hair cut. I was really not impressed today. The staff constantly changing every time you go in and the guy that butchered my hair today was 100% not a trained or qualified barber. He could not speak or understand English either so could not understand what I was asking of him but carried on regardless. He was extremely rough and cut me numerous times. Probably down to the fact he was not at all qualified. To make matters worse he absolutely smelled so bad it was really uncomfortable. I actually just wanted the cut to be over with and stopped him before he was finished as I just wanted to get out of there. Even tried to rip me off on the cost of the cut too until I questioned it. As I say, they are usually spot on but not in this occasion. Unless they keep proper trained staff I will not be returning. Some cleanliness there too would not go amiss. My neck was left red raw when I came out as he was that rough ! Also guys if you are going to smoke wash your hands afterwards as I don’t want a hand on my face wreaking of stale nicotine thanks.
