So I’ve used these guys as my barbers for years, so has my dad and my grandad before he passed, I now take my boys here and they love it compared to other places they have been taken to, the staff are like family friends at this point, over 10 years of coming here should speak volumes of their work
I'm just gonna say this about these guys. They can take off the comment if they want, but deep down, they know what I feel. I've been using this guys since I came to stoke. Quite new here. First time, I got one of the best cut ever. My hair is very simple and straight forward. I just trim it 4 weekly, because I keep an afro. No unnecessary styles or shades. The guy understands what I wanted. I didn't show him pictures but he got it! Took his time too. A young fella Second time was the middle aged man I think Sadik, who's the owner. He should be full of experience but he cut my hair and it was rubbish. It was so bad I got home and was terribly pissed! I went back furious to see if it can be salvaged, but he's done his worse. I gave them another chance for the 3rd time and this same man was the guy. I thought okay, the other time was a bad day. Things should be better today. Alas! Another horrible cut again. Despite telling him what exactly I wanted. He told me to come later after some days to see if it can be salvaged. I messaged him and he never agreed I should come. The guy is horrible. I can't say anything about his colleagues. But that would be my last with Jack barbers. I look at the mirror everyday now, with anger.
Love this place, Ade always manages to fit my boys in and makes them feel at home, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I took my son to get his hair cut and oh my god! My son doesn't like people but Selim was just amazing with him. And the cut looks fantastic! I will definitely be coming back!!
Fantastic barber's great staff. Have been going for years until I moved out of stoke. However passing through and had the same great service when I stopped by for a trim. Good conversation. Modern looking inside. Comfy seating while waiting. TV on for programmes or music to entertain while waiting too. Reasonable prices for haircut. £10 for me have a trim
