   I rescued a 3 legged Ferrell Cat in March when I took it to the Vet he didn't have a Microchip or hadn't been Neutered so rather than having him Put.Down I Adopted him as an OAP struggling on a State Pension having paid for the Health & the Neutered/ Microchip etc I took him to Becky at Furry&Fabulous who did a great job of Bathing Him and when I picked him up he looked a Different Cat so that's why I'm taking him again for Xmas Bath and I can Afford the Reasonable Price that Becky charges I recommend to anyone else who might want their Cat Groomed or any other treatments xxx

   Hesitant and inexperienced groomer I was booking this place as an alternative due to regular groomer on holiday. Before arriving I was asked questions “is she usually okay at a groomers” and “can you hold her”. I figured these were regular questions and thought nothing of it although she is only a frenchie and only having her nails clipped. I went with my frenchie on the day booked. Upon being greeted the groomer seemed really nervous and asked for my frenchie to be put on the table. I was expecting for a lead or something to be put on her to help her stay on the table, no help was offered whatsoever. My frenchie became anxious as she could sense the groomers anxiety. She asked me to hold her and my frenchie just kept wriggling. Barely was able to do one nail. The groomer tried for 20 seconds before giving up, didn’t offer any other assistance to help. Then as I was trying to calm my frenchie down and tried picking her up for her to do it she said “she shouldn’t have to be sedated for her nails” and “can you make sure her head is turned away from me”. I thought this was disgusting, and rude. I will wait for my regular groomer to come back from holiday. My dog is never that wriggly and I felt this was a response to how the groomer was behaving. Scared to touch her and greet her and offered no assistance in stability with leads or even treats as a distraction. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone especially if your dog is good at picking up on energy in the room. The lady is definitely in the wrong line of business is she’s clearly so scared of dogs.

   rebecca and jodie are absolutely amazing, so attentive towards our hyperactive, loud samoyed. Trying to find a dog groomer who would accept our boy for who he is has been so so difficult but finding furry and fabulous has been an absolute godsend to us. Jack looks absolutely handsome and smells absolutely devine. The attention to detail that has been put into our boy has been incredible. This has been the best groom he has ever had. jack absolutely loved his visit you can tell straight away the difference his attitude has been with furry and fabulous compared to other places he has been, jack knew he was treated with the upmost care and every need he had was attended to with patients. we can not thank and recommend furry and fabulous enough for what they have done for us today. honestly highly recommend!! one happy handsome boy and one happy family to know we finally found a groomer for him!❤

   Becky did a fantastic job with Callie! This was Callie’s first groom and seeing how relaxed she was and the end product was fantastic. Becky was amazing with Callie. The cut was brilliant, others have mentioned how great Becky is at cutting/grooming cocker spaniels and I totally agree. It read reassuring for Becky to share her experience and knowledge around the best type of cut/groom.

   Good groomers and good service! We had complaints about my dog from other groomers because he was deemed 'naughty' - he is a poodle and a spaniel mixed so he just gets very excited and playful. We took him here for a cut a couple of weeks ago and he got on great! its not too busy in the salon or too much going on so he isn't overstimulated and gets on great with the groomer! Would definitely recommend!

   First time at Furry & Fabulous ...and that’s exactly what happened.... she went in furry and came out fabulous! Becky was thorough in checking what I wanted and wrote everything down.. she gave me a time to collect her and I was delighted with how Mabel looked , it’s hard to get a perfect Cocker cut but have to say this was exactly what I’d hoped for. She came out smelling delicious. Lovely staff, safe environment and you have yourselves a new customer thank you so much !

   I took my Cockapoo Boo for her groom today at Furry & Fabulous in Gorseinon and was incredibly pleased with the result, Becky done a great job. She came out with a super cut, smelling and feeling gorgeous. I would highly recommend Furry & Fabulous to anyone looking for a groomer, you won't be disappointed.
