An excellent service and a beautiful cut. My cockerpoo’s hair was cut exactly how I asked and she came out happy and wagging her tail. She is usually a nervous dog so this made me feel so much more relaxed too. Thank you so much!
We’re really pleased with the cut that Oscar, our cockerpoo has with Claire and Lynette. He used to be petrified of going to his previous groomers but happily attends here. The cut is always fantastic and he comes looking a million dollars. Thanks both xx
Owner has a bad attitude and does the cut she wanted not what was requested. Edit in response to the reply; You either have me confused with someone else or you are trying to discredit my review by making me look bad. Not sure how many animal abusers take their pets to be groomed... My dog is adored and well cared for thank you. Thanks for the reply, you've proved my point about your bad attitude. Maybe learn to take some criticism and listen to what the owners request rather than doing what you think suits them. How would you feel? The quality of the cut is fine and maybe I could have added that but the experience was off on a number of occasions so I didn't return. Attacking anyone who doesn't leave a 5 star review only makes you look childish. I found you arrogant and that is my and some others opinion of you hence the low mark. Super dog grooming service...our dog has been trimmed here for over five years and every time she looks great.
Was recommended here as Im new to the area. I have a bichon frise and have had some really bad cuts over the years but Bassetts did an amazing job. Lexie my dog looks white and fluffy again and so glad I came here. Would recommend Bassetts Alldogs and will be back in sept.
We’ve got used to being stopped by strangers wanting to admire our dog Tali and some even wanting photographs! She’s over eight years old now but her brilliant grooming makes her look like a much younger dog......I wonder if Lynette and Claire could do the same for me....haircut, anyone?
