Meg took the time to really understand what I wanted and tailored both the colour and style perfectly to suit my skin tone and features. She’s incredibly talented and knowledgeable, offering great advice while making me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. The salon has such a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and you can tell the team genuinely care about their clients. On top of that, the service offers fantastic value for money. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and absolutely love my new look. I can’t recommend Meg and the team at Rizzo highly enough!
Lovely hairdressers, very attentive and listen to what you want. Had plenty of lattes while there and a nice relax in the massage chair during the rinse cycle.
Jade has been doing my hair for years. Her cutting is exceptional, my hair grows quickly, but never looks untidy due to the fabulous cut. She always gives me honest and straightforward advice about colours and I can honestly say that I never leave the salon disappointed as I get exactly what I ask for. An easy 5 star review!
By far the best salon I've found locally. The salon is spacious and airy, with floor to ceiling windows looking out towards the church. It's got a luxurious feel but is in no way pretentious. Expect a genuinely warm welcome and a hot drink when you arrive. My daughter and I came in just before Christmas and were given mulled wine, mice pies and cupcakes. Our preferred stylists; Saori and Megan always do a fantastic job. They're excellent at what they do and we always leave feeling very pampered and glam. Would highly recommend.
I have been using Rizzo Hairdressing for a few years now and can honestly say they are one of the best hairdressers I have used. i have used both Wellington and Shrewsbury salons and both salons mirror each other on service, stylists listen to what you want and are very attentive. I recently purchased some of Rizzo's new products, the hand cream smells divine and not greasy and the leave in conditioner is brilliant!!
Lovely professional staff, and a first class cut
My 72 year old friend asked how much for a few highlights and was told if she went friday the young girl would do it for £40. Whilst there they asked her if she wanted a head massage....no mention of extra cost. She was charged £86!!! No cut, just highlights & blow dry. She has since spoken to the manageress who told her "on you must have misunderstood me". So.....I phoned today and asked price for 1/4 head highlights and was told £25 plus £15 for wash and dry...total...yep just £40!!!! Manageress tried to say the extra £46 was for the patch test & massage.....hard to believe. My friend has been in tears, she is a pensioner. Disgusted on her behalf.
Had Megan wash and cut my hair and she did an amazing job, she really put me at ease the entire time. When my hair needs another cut I'll definitely be coming back to Megan.
