Erin coloured my hair todaya d, even though she is a young stylist, I have to say it's the best colour I have had!!
I HATE going to the hairdressers but wanted my hair to look nice for a particular event so bit the bullet and booked an appointment with Sam at Escape Hair & Beauty and I'm SO glad that I did. Sam was really patient with my vague idea of what I wanted, had great advice and ideas about the colour and when she saw I was hesitant about how much of my hair to cut off she assured me she'd only cut off what was necessary at the ends so my hair would still be long. The colour was amazing, I got so many compliments and I'm really impressed. I'll definitely be back again, all the staff were lovely and I thought the service was incredible.
Went on Friday 22/9/23 and saw Sam. I was going to a charity ball and wanted my hair put up. I showed Sam a photo of what I wanted and she got it spot on. It stayed in all night, despite a lot of dancing. Absolutely thrilled with the look and made me feel so confident. Thank you Sam
Summer did an absolutely stunning job. She is so knowledgeable and really helped me in deciding on colours and style. I'm sure she had a minor heart attack seeing me walk in with near black hair, knowing I had originally booked for a full head of foils. But Summer did an amazing job, I have had so many people compliment me on how different I look. Thank you so much Summer, ill see you again in Feb. This is a fab hairdressers. I’ve been coming here for a few years and I’ve seen many different people for a haircut who have all been great. Never any issues! I had Ellie today and she was excellent! It’s been a year since I cut my hair and she took her time, giving great advice on my questions and what would look good for my type of hair. It was just a really nice experience and exactly what I wanted. Thanks so much, Ellie!! Will see you again, even if it is in a year!
It all started well with consulations and such. But even though my partner specifically asked for no bleach to be put on her hair, guess what, they bleached her hair. It was bleached so much that the ends yellowed and went gum like and stringy. After being told this was normal, they cut the end two inches off. Colour had been put on after this, but after one wash the majority of colour has washed out of the damaged sections and bleached colour sections of hair are just showing. My partner being too kind to speak up and realising it had already been done, accepted it qas damaged and couldn't be changed now, so came home. Customers beware, they may not do as you ask. Look out for your hairs safety, as they may not...
I can say that I am thoroughly happy with my experiences at Escape. I've had several different treatments and hair done over the years. Staff are courteous and go over and beyond to make sure my expectations are met. Would recommend this Salon and staff to all.
