Came to jack after having a bad experience with an old barber and it was the best decision I ever made. From the word go he did everything how I asked even offered alternatives to what I wanted as he thought it would work better, don’t hesitate to come here absolutely fantastic!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “I’ve been going to Wes and Lala for a while now, and the consistency is what stands out most. They take their time to get it right, always paying attention to the details instead of rushing you out the chair. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and you can tell they care about their clients, not just the cut. Every visit feels personal, and you walk out looking sharp and feeling looked after. If you want barbers who know their craft and treat people with respect, this is the place.”

Been bringing my son here for a while. his usual barber has now left but we just continued to book here as it was local. We showed a pic of the style my son liked but he came out with it looking nothing like it and much shorter. Later when my son washed his hair because he was itchy, there was loads of missed longer hairs that I ended up cutting myself. The itching got worse over the next couple of days and my son got a terrible rash. Turned out he'd got ringworm. Nobody else he had been in contact with had it or caught it and his hair and scalp had been perfectly clear and healthy before. He didn't get it on any other part of his body, only his scalp where the shears had been used. I won't be bringing him here again. Edit:in regards to your reply, the barber who cut my sons hair badly is still available to book with as ive just checked and I certainly have not booked here since. I did not book using this Google account at any time as I booked through booksy using my real name and phone number (I'm presuming you mean someone booked an appt with a similar name to my Google one as I haven't even disclosed the name of the booking). How strange to attempt an accusation of an unhappy customer returning under a different name to cover a mistake! In regards to the ringworm I am aware it is difficult to prove where it came from, however it was a huge coincidence that the rash appeared after the haircut and only on the scalp, regardless of this, the cut itself was terrible and not what was asked for. It couldn't have been bad communication on our part either as once my sons rash cleared, we went to a different barbers up the road, he got the cut he wanted, as he did having it cut with your previous barber harriet too. I do have photos of the picture he showed he wanted vs the haircut he got and then of the rash. I will try to add those to review

Had a haircut from here, they had cut the hair exactly opposite the way I said. Not all of the time happens this.

Just been to the barber house as its local, and I've been unable to get to my usual barber. My hair was cut by a delightful young woman named Harriet. . Such was my confidence in her when I sat in the chair, I said just do what you think, I'll trust your judgement, which she did, and made a fantastic job of it too! Her experience & confidence was heart warming. I would absolutely recommend. Great service. Thank you.
