Joe was super quick at sorting a mortgage. Very good customer service and value for money with fees, especially for first time buyers! Shame I can’t say the same for the estate agents as the sale didn’t go through. Will definitely come back once I find another property.

Dreadful interaction with Jeremy Phelps, so unprofessional. I asked for a product and received a rude, unhelpful response. I wanted advice but received an arrogant, spiteful reoly. Obviously didnt want my business. I would advise anybody interested in putting business their way to be weary. Unprofessional, rude and maybe incompetant as it was a simple pension question.
