We’ve been here many times and we’ve now had a party here and I have to say these guys know exactly what they’re doing. Everyone friendly, easy to talk to, nothing too much trouble. It was super easy. The kids are all happy so that means we are too!
Booked party package for my sons 6th birthday for 14 children. Staff are really helpful and kept checking to make sure we had everything we needed. It was well organised. Big thanks to Hannah and Becca at reception. We had time to decorate the room and tables before hand with some extra items I bought. Definitely book it again! Kids had a great time.
Staff were so lovely and friendly, the girls at the café were happy to help, don't always find this service and smiley faces at soft play. Would like to give a special thank you to Karen! You made the visit more enjoyable thank you !

The soft play is brilliant. Safe, sprawling and full of fun ideas. I’ve marked down a star because there was no one on reception to let us in on the cusp of our session start time. There are expensive ‘play’ machines which take the children’s attention and give you a lot of explaining about a machine that promises gift and delivers nothing , unless by a miracle you score, like a fairground swizz.
Excellent service and experience! The staff is always helpful, nice and the prices are fair. This is one of the Bedford's best places for young and very young ones - old timers can enjoy too best time and an espresso! 10/10 for me!
Our 4 year old attended a birthday party here and had an amazing time. There's a fantastic soft play area with walkways and slides at different heights, a toddlers section for under 3s and a cafe with a selection of drinks and snacks. The party rooms upstairs are well decorated with various themes and the party food was the usual nuggets, sausage or fish fingers with chips. He had a great time and wants to go back which I'm sure we will soon
Really good time we had and lots of soft play to explore. My daughter liked the fact it wasn’t too busy, therefore not overwhelming so she could explore by herself. I would highly recommend this place if you have a toddler who needs to burn off excess energy.
Excellent place, kids love it, well managed, lots to do and nice and clean. Great for Birthday parties, really well organised.
First time we visited with our 9 month old, the tots area was clean with lots to do, good sensory room, some of the games on the wall were a little too high for him but we held him up. Needs a few more bits like walkers for those that can’t stand yet, and it was just too hot the day we visited. Will defo be back though as when he’s older he’ll love the slides and other bits there. Good value for money, £2 each for his age plus each individual adult.
