Today, January 3rd, 2026, I attended a birthday party at Gravity Milton Keynes. In the area where the children sit and eat at the tables, I saw the staff member who clears the tables after the children finished eating wipe the table using the same mop that is used to clean the floor. This is absolutely disgusting. This is a place where children eat, and there should be strict hygiene standards. After what I witnessed, I never want to come here again and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Gravity Milton Keynes maybe great for a fun day out with family. But for a children's party there are far better places in Milton Keynes. The service from staff was embarrassingly disrespectful. The manager was seen handling food for the children's party having handled money at the till and did not wash his hands. He seemed unable to provide satisfactory customer service and became defensive when an item was returned. I had my daughter's fifth birthday at Gravity two years ago and it is now very different place. Now, I would never select it as a place to have a child's birthday party. One member of staff was overheard saying she would like to strangle a parent whose child was celebrating their birthday. I was shocked. They were slow to bring out the food, not all children were served at the same time. One child did not get any food, and all the staff were standing around giggling and looking unbothered. They were rude to parents and it was a very unpleasant experience. I would have spoken to the manager but I did not want another dose of defensiveness. Please find another venue to have your children's party and maybe go to gravity as a family - because it seems that is the only group activity they can handle.

Just had a brilliant time! The activities were a total blast, especially trampolining, which was super easy to check in for and kept everyone engaged. The team's service was exceptional—really friendly and attentive, making our visit even better. Cleanliness and atmosphere were on point, too, adding to the fun. I can’t wait to come back in a few months!

The trampoline park inside the shopping mall has a relatively small space compared to other trampoline parks visited before, likely due to venue limitations. The pricing is not cheap: £66 for 2 adults and 2 children per hour. Additionally, purchasing the venue’s designated non-slip socks (£3 per pair) is mandatory, even if you already have the same type of socks. Even with an online booking, registration is still required upon arrival, leading to long queues. It is recommended to arrive 15-20 minutes early. The venue is also quite dirty—the floor is sticky, and spilled soda is left unattended even after people step in it without shoes. For safety reasons, staff members enforce strict rules allowing only jumping and walking—running and climbing are not permitted. Unfortunately, each trampoline section is relatively small, limiting the ability to jump freely. Despite these issues, the children still enjoyed an hour of non-stop jumping. However, this is a place we would only visit once.

Went here for my sons 6th birthday. We had previously went back in July and it was amazing. This time (28th december) it was half closed and packed with more people than it seemed it could handle. Really wasn't to pleasant for my 3 year old and wife as the place was overhauled with to many people for him to bounce. Ball pit was closed so was the soft play. Cafe had drinks but no waffles for snacks for the kids. So this time it has to be a 3 star. Hopefully if we return for a third time we will have a better experience.

Kids had a great time at Gravity climbing wall and trampoline park. Special thanks and shout out to Luke at the climbing wall who went above and beyond to help the children. He made it extra enjoyable and challenged the children too. Thanks for making it really fun Luke.
