Great inflatable park. Mainly for >3y as its hard to walk and climb for younger kids. VR games are decent but some bits are broken and the software needs updating

Hello, Just wanted to send a thank you to the team and our party host. I've got a couple of kids and have done a load of parties as organizer and attendee and the party Saturday was by far the best. It was so well organized and set up. The party room was made lovely, drinks and plates out, shoes lined up. Our host (possibly Evie) was asking if we wanted help and things taking to the room. Coffee tokens were a really welcome surprise and treat and it was fab that some children who arrived later didnt hold up the entire group with a clear process on what to do, naming the wrist band etc. The team on the inflatables were also great, trying to get the kids to start games and encouraging tag to get the party started. I have recommended to all the parents and will continue to do so. Thanks again for making a 9 year olds day and taking so much stress out of it so I could enjoy it too. Best party ever, review by Amber 9

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing birthday party at Top Jump! Everything went smoothly from the very beginning. The manager was super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with planning and organization. Communication was quick and easy with her. The kids absolutlely loved it, jumping, playing and having fun. A special thank you to our wonderful host Courtney, who looked after the group and managed the whole event perfectly. Highly recommend Top Jump for children’s parties. Thank you:)

We went on a homeschooling session which are weekday afternoons and had the whole place to ourselves. The kids had an absolute great time. The staff were nice and friendly too. We're not local but it was worth the trip.

So disappointed! The VR room was an absolute shambles, half of the equipment wasn’t working, the male staff members were completely uninterested & stood with their hands in their pockets talking. Each VR station needed the assistance of a staff member to start the experience, so there’s a lot of waiting around. The staff members in the café looked fed up & miserable, I’m just so so disappointed. We paid £75 for three children to experience the Top VR & Top Jump to receive such poor service. The jump park facilities itself were great, it’s huge with lots of really cool obstacles for the kids to enjoy. It’s reasonably clean & tidy throughout. I expressed my concerns about our VR experience with a member of staff called Leah I believe & she was very helpful & offered a refund. I explained that I was happy for the kids to just have a little longer at the jump park and she facilitated this. The VR room is a great concept and it’s so current at the moment & super popular, all kids want to do it, it’s just the staff members that let this place down, the service is appalling. To work in this sort of atmosphere/industry you’ve got to like children, I did not get this impression from any staff members today.

The kids really enjoyed it.. they loved it!! You have to pay for the lockers (see picture for cost). Children aged between 2-4 need to be accompanied by a paying adult, for obvious reasons. I actually enjoyed chasing my 4 year old :) also broke a sweat! Otherwise, you can watch for free. We went early In the morning and it was quite busy. In a few places the equipment was damaged. Also I'd suggest wearing full length tshirts as going down the large slides can cause skin burn (I learnt the hard way)..

UPDATE (04/02/2023) When I wrote the review below I added photos of the VR area, to date they have over 12k views so wanted to add more info, at first I thought my kids would be playing VR games only but it's better than that, one of the choices is a rollercoaster ride which is unbelievable as you can see in photos the VR machines can and do perform 360° turns and that's just one of the options. Hope this helps and will add more photos etc after my next visit. Excellent activity for the children, recommend getting a combination of VR (Virtual reality) and inflatables. The VR area is great for all the family. Elevated area for family to sit and have a coffee and something to eat while watching the kids below. Staff were very helpful and polite. Not had a birthday party there as yet, but the ones I've seen all seem to be having a great time.

I’ve visited here twice with my kids for birthday parties. Recently we had a party here for our boy’s birthday with a group of about 30 children + adults. The inflatable park is great - very big, lots of interesting things to climb on. The centre itself is always stifling hot and you’ll sweat just standing around. The kids will come or dripping. The food is not great, drinks are limited but reasonably priced and the staff seem slightly dazed (probably due to the sheer number of kids in the place!). The staff is primarily made up of teenage girls who do their best, but often look like deers in headlights when you ask them questions. The other thing, and no fault of the place itself, is on both occasions kids in our group have reported being bullied or hurt by older kids using the inflatables. However, the kids love the place which is the main thing!

Absolutely brilliant! My daughter loves this place and it's great fun for adults too... However, Food and drink is overpriced and I paid £8 for a frozen Chicago Town Takeaway pizza which is just disgraceful and seating can be a issue hence the 3 star rating! The Inflatables are 5 star though and well worth it!

We had our son's 6th birthday done here a few days back on a weekday, it wasnt as busy as it would be on a weekend. He and his friends absolutely loved jumping about and we were given a huge room for cake cutting and kids had their dinner. Everything was perfectly done, the hosts were very kind and friendly, they were very particular about the waivers being signed and paid special attention to kids with food allergy. We asked if we could bring in a Mascot, and the top jump team let us bring one in. They let us bring in our own decorations along with the ones that thry had already done. Overall, very Happy with their service and the jump area, very clean, tidy and helpful hosts. Highly recommended, will definitely come back here again.
