Myself and my partner did the beginner snowboarding lesson with Luca as our instructor. Luca was an incredible instructor who catered to everyoneβs different progressions in the group throughout the time we were on the slope. He was very down to earth and friendly, encouraging us and supporting in a really good way. All the staff we encountered were really friendly. The set up at the centre was great, loved that there was more to do and shops to look in, around snozone too. Would definitely recommend and will come back.

Booked a 10am 3hr lift pass. The slopes were relatively quiet until 11.30 when it got busier. I initially only 1 lift in operation leading to a wait to get back up the slope, but the 2nd lift opened to alleviate the wait. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Fantastic location where everyone is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. We had an amazing instructor called Tony, who was full of energy and laughter. He brought such a great vibe that it allowed the whole group to bond, relax, and truly get the most out of our session. Tony is a real enthusiast and explains things in a manner that made it fundamentally easy to understand and apply to our snowboarding. Would 100% recommend and will be back for more!

I've been visiting Snozone to learn how to ski, and booked series of lessons here. The experience here really varies, with some great instructors, and some not so good ones. Overall, this place has great facilities, good food and decent equipment, but it is continuously being let down by poor service of few workers there. It seems that experience here varies a lot based on who's working at the time of your visit, and how well they're able to respond to people's needs. Last time we've visited, it was incredibly busy, yet the place failed to activate the second lift, resulting in empty slopes and huge queues of people waiting by the lift. Their response was 'we don't have enough staff to man the second lift'. Yet, there weren't number of people who seems to be hanging around, two of them were standing at the bottom taking a video of one student. The other times toilets and changing rooms are closed for cleaning during rush times. Service at the reception can also be really inconsistent, from some people being very helpful and informative, while others seem not to have a clue of anything you're asking of them. It is good that automatic check in desks recently have been placed at the reception, so at least we don't have to queue to check in anymore with a person. I hope the consistency of the service improves here.

Staff here are so friendly, passionate and supportive! Did snowboarding for the first time the other day with Marian who was so so friendly, patient, amazing and kind. Also had skiing lessons previously with Charlotte who was extremely kind, helpful and patient. I also met Claire - the manager who went above and beyond for me and was also really helpful. Thank you to each of you, you really are special people. Hope we meet again :)

Took my boy sledding the other day and he loved it. It is like disappearing into another world, a pretty cold one, but great fun. A bit more comfort in the seated area would be great. More activities for the kids, like an arcade or a play area beyond the hamster-sized soft play would be great. They definitely have the space! Best to shop around to get kitted out, as it can get pricey!

Loved it! Very easy to ski here, button lifts and training slope. You can hire the equipment you need except clothing. Lockers and changing rooms provided and many good places to eat in the complex. Ample parking but it is not free parking, pay and display. All in all a great experience.

We took our Geand daughter here for her Birthday to do sledging. We all loved it. It was the first time she had been, but we had been a few times in the past. You get 45 minutes sledging time. It's good fun. Take a spare set of clothes though, or waterproofs.

Excellent real snow slope, had an absolutely amazing time on the snow slopes with family and friends, very family friendly atmosphere, total blast, my kids loved it too. Highly recommend this activity, you can't beat real snow slopes, however this gets you as close to the real snow experience as possible without leaving the country. The facility as a whole is fabulous, lots to do. Our host James was great, really got involved, and made our time there safe and awesome for us all.
