   Couldn't find my pre booked tickets despite me ringing to check 2 days before. However gave me front row tickets which were allocated to someone else. As the phone number of the ticket holder was scribbled out on our tickets.

   Great little theatre but is in need of some TLC. Dirty toilets (with no soap) and the seating inside is very dated and not particularly comfortable. All the staff were amazing though (friendly, helpful and professional).

   Lovely theatre with an easy to navigate layout. Multiple front of house entrances and access to the auditorium make for a nice relaxing time. Good amount of parking is on site, and they have a small bar. All makes for a wonderful experience.

   I don't like it. The toilets didn't have a gold seating area unlike my palace and there was no VIP area for myself. I do not recommend.

   This was my first experience of the Masque Theatre and I was very impressed. There was a free car park just in front of the main reception area and a good size foyer area inside the building so you did not have to wait outside in the rain or bad weather. Also foyer area had ample toilet facilities and even a bar where you could order a good range of alcohol and soft drinks prior to entering the auditorium. The auditorium was warm and comfortable with raised seating so everyone could see the impressive stage. The whole theatre experience was first class and I would highly recommend it as a top venue.

   Great theatre but booking process leaves a lot to be desired - booked on my mobile as set link via whatsapp - put tickets in basket then advised I needed to set up an account - why no guest checkout? set up account but worried I would lose booking as on a timer - then asked if I wanted to collect or have e-ticket - chose e-ticket - which means ELECTRONIC ticket - email confirmation then advises me that I need to print the ticket to show to usher!! - CHOSE E-TICKET TO AVOID THE HASSLE OF PHYSICAL TICKET!! - so then had to get laptop and printer out to access email from laptop so I could then print ticket - lets see what happens regarding checks when I turn up for performance :(
