   Amazing place for the kids to enjoy along with parents. There are a lot of games to choose from like claw machines, car race, bike race, soft play, supermarkets, kitchen disco room etc. For the grown up kids, there's laser tag, golf, football, tree climbing to name a few. Can keep the kids entertained for the complete session. We will definitely return xx

   We love visiting Riverside Hub and have wanted to do the Christmas experience for a few years. Unfortunately, it has always been out of our budget. We finally got to go this year and wow... It was worth every penny!! The whole place is decorated with a Christmas theme and the attention to detail is unreal. Every staff member is dressed as an elf, and everything is decorated. The experience with Santa was magical. The rooms on the way in to him are well planned with breath taking lights and decorations, photo opportunities and interactive exhibits to keep the children entertained. The timings are well spaced out so its not too crowded in this area, which was even better. The elves were fully in character and great with the children. Santa was a bit thin to be believable, but played a great character interacting with the children. His magic trick with the tree left even the oldest child (almost 13) absolutely gob smacked. At the end, your photo is taken with Santa but they take one with your own device as well as the professional ones. There is no obligation whatsoever to buy the professional photos. Once you leave the grotto, you are taken through to the toy shop where there are an array of wonderful gifts to choose from. The children have the choice between one large gift or two smaller ones. There is loads of choice of high quality toys - none of the cheap tat you usually get from grotto experiences! We came home with an electronic train set, kinetic sand, a soft toy and two Star Wars cuddlies. The gifts are put into Hub backpacks to take home before you are taken to the Gingerbread Making station. The children are given paper plates with gingerbread men, icing and various toppings, where they are free to decorate their biscuit before they eat it. There is also a treasure trail to complete. Once this is finished, the children have the choice of yet another gift. Again, these are high quality and our children brought home two construction blocks sets and a beautiful boxed bracelet. There are plenty of Christmas photo opportunities elsewhere in the centre, and the snow disco runs every hour. My only criticism would be that the usual 2.5 hour timeslot is not enough for this experience. We didn't have time to play in half the areas due to using the time for the Christmas experience. I would happily pay more to have this experience extended by an hour or two so that the children still get lots of play time before / after the Christmas experience because the time just flew by. As previously mentioned, we have wanted to do this Christmas experience for years and it was worth both the price and the wait. It was an absolutely magical experience that I would recommend to everyone and we will definitely be back next year. Thank you, Riverside Hub, for bringing the Christmas magic to our family. It is easy to understand why this is a sell out experience every year.

   Truly an Incredible place with amazing staff, so much to do for both my young children. Great staff and super friendly. Everywhere is always clean with attentive staff reacting to all situations. I would also like to say a kind thank you to the Director Nathan, he was every where, climbing wall, cleaning, opening doors for customers and even litter picking in the car park when I arrived, It’s soo good to see owners helping. A truly wonderful place and I will be booking Christmas soon.

   Such a great indoor entertainment venue for 2-8 year olds! We've visited the Riverside hub a few times and it's been better every time. They're continuously improving the play areas and adding extra zones each time. The climbing tree is a big favourite and the 4 level soft play area is incredible.

   The amount of stuff to do here is amazing, the attention to detail is phenomenal. The price for a quick bite to eat were decent, staff were so nice, we will be going back soon i hope!    Absolutely love the hub! And at Christmas they go all out! Decorations were nice. So much to do. Kids get to paint a decoration, make a gingerbread man, see Father Christmas, and get toys, as well as use all the soft play. Amazing place, I discover new areas each time we visit. Wasn’t too crowded, even at Christmas. They’re very careful to protect against Covid etc. But most of all, absolutely wonderful people. I cannot tell you how lovely the owners are. The sweetest most enthusiastic people. My son absolutely loves it and it really made our Christmas. Thank you.

   What a fantastic place for children of different ages. The baby sensory rooms and play areas are fantastic and my little boy absolutely loved them! The soft play is huge and there’s so much you can do and see. Could spend hours there! Also they had a very good selection of baby food and snacks which was great. A fantastic visit and will definitely be returning again!

   What an amazing place for children. We took our two year old and 3 month old and were so impressed at everything there. There was so much exploring to do, it was very clean and tidy and wasn’t too busy. We travelled around an hour to get here and will definitely be returning. There are so many different sensory things, I was very impressed at the babies sensory area as babies are never really catered for at soft plays!

   We visited today with our nearly 2 year old. We love trying out new soft plays that are for all the family. We aren't the kind of parents that like to just sit there and let the kids run off and play so the fact we could go on everything with them was great for us. We went during the morning on a saver day and felt the price was very reasonable considering the adults can use all equipment. We can’t wait to come again with my step son who is 6 and our daughter. Thank you for a great day. There was so much to do for all ages. We haven't tried in school holidays yet but we will soon. All the staff are so polite and helpful with any questions you have. We travelled on a hour train ride then a 40 minute bus and it did not disappoint. Thanks for a great day. My partner is still raving about it.

   Brilliant place for all ages of kids. Carousel, electric cars, laser tag, tree climbing all included in the entrance price. Main play equipment is 4 story tower with slides, nets, inflatable, touch screen, cold room, football pitch. Would recommend 1 of their party rooms, extremely well decorated. Extras are food and drink. You get a 150 minute play slot and free parking for 3 hours
